This house is even better than the pictures! Gorgeous, comfortable home with all the details covered for your stay. It was perfect for my family of 4 (sons ages 15 & 18). They had the entire 2nd floor to themselves which was perfect. We frequently visited the Pepperell Cove restaurants and provisions store as well. Great location with proximity to Portsmouth and Kittery outlets.

Great house in a great area

Had a great stay here, beautiful house with beautiful views and a lot to do around the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Todd responded quickly to questions we had regarding the heat during our February stay. The house is well appointed and beds are comfy. Located down the lane form a busy street we enjoyed the quiet and fireplace as snow whirled and piled up outside.

This was the perfect place to stay in Kittery for attending a wedding at a nearby venue. The house was beautiful and taking in the views, a wonderful bonus shared by all!The host was very caring and thought of everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our time and would love to come back again sometime!

Great Place For Kittery/York

If you are looking in the Kittery area, this is the place to stay. Very comfortable and modern home. We enjoyed every part of our stay.

Relaxing getaway in a beautiful home!

This property exceeded my expectations and there is nothing I would change about this awesome property and how it is furnished. There were 5 of us ranging in age from 12 to 74 and we each enjoyed our stay. The outdoor porch and seating was a bonus and very relaxing.

Ultimate New England Getaway

Very fine property in an amazing waterfront location, short walk to great bar and restaurant, and a short hop into Portsmouth, which is itself a New England small city gem. Home is very comfortable; spacious and gracious - would definitely go back.

Amazing Weekend

I loved Kittery—quiet, historic, near the ocean, 15 minutes from Portsmouth, great restaurants, best lobster I’ve ever eaten. The cleanliness, communication, ease of check-in and check-out. We had a great time, would return in a heartbeat!

Best vacation rental we've ever stayed in!

This is a perfect place for a family to spend relaxing time in a beautiful area. It’s spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean. Todd the owner was responsive and helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for meals and activities nearby. It’s a short drive to York and Kittery but tucked away in a quiet area with a stunning view of the harbor. We’ll be be back for sure!

Beautiful home with a stunning view! We loved the location, convenient to Portsmouth but peaceful and quiet. We watched a fox and a groundhog cross the driveway! The restaurant across the street was delicious and so nice to be able to walk - Michelle is the most amazing server and person - be sure to ask for her if you go! We loved how the house was decorated and appreciated all the furnishings and nice touches. The fireplace came in handy on a few chilly evenings. We didn’t cook but it looked like the kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were all a good size with comfortable beds and the best pillows I’ve ever had at a VRBO. Bathrooms were clean and roomy, with plenty of towels. There is a little wear on some of the kitchen cabinets and the front screen door is a bit loose but overall the house was spotless and comfortable. In addition, Todd was a great host. Responsive and helpful but unobtrusive. We would happily stay here again.

Short Winter Getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable and welcoming. It was everything we hoped it would be and we hope to stay again in the future. We wanted to take just a short escape with friends to relax, shop, dine out, and enjoy the location. It was cold and windy with a little snow… but it didn’t stop us from exploring the area. Just Perfect!
