True Beachfront, Oceanview, Luxury Home with Elevator!

Paradise at the beach! We have families that have been returning year after year for their vacations and holiday celebrations. The house has also played host to some beautiful beach weddings, anniversaries and birthdays. The house is located right up against the dunes and just steps from two beach access points over the dunes.

You enter via the two-story entry foyer with a curved, glass atrium. The 1st floor recreation room has a wet bar and outdoor patio, and converts to a bedroom with a private full bath. Have a lot of bags or don't like stairs? Go directly upstairs on the elevator! The elevator is fantastic for taking suitcases to and from the third floor, and bringing the groceries up to the second level.

The second floor's open design has unrestricted ocean views, plenty of comfortable couches, gas fireplace, and a huge deck to enjoy the breeze. The chef's kitchen is fit out for feeding a big family or creating a romantic dinner. The quality tools for preparing your meal include granite-topped custom cabinetry and a center island combined with double convection ovens, 5-burner gas cook top, and Sub-zero refrigeration. A wine frig is built-in, as well as a hidden dishwasher. The cabinets are stocked with plenty of cookware and serving pieces.

The third floor has four bedrooms each with vaulted ceilings, skylights, fans and private full baths. The master has a king bed while the others have queen size. The master suite has priceless views of the shoreline from every angle and French doors leading out to a private deck. A luxurious master bath with an oversized shower and Jacuzzi tub also offers fantastic views!

The house is fully set up with linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels, and beach towels. The house is stocked with a starting set of paper goods as well. Beach passes are provided for the summer, along with beach chairs and toys. There's a private outdoor hot & cold shower to clean up after a day at the beach and a gas BBQ on the back patio to cook up your favorite creations.

Spacious home offers a great time!

We loved this beachfront home! It was very spacious and the quick and easy access to the beautiful beach was truly wonderful! Brian, the property owner, was very responsive and answered all questions quickly! Brigantine is a beautiful beach destination and this house did not disappoint. I would definitely rent again!

Girls Weekend/Birthday Celebration

The view of the ocean was excellent, and the rooms of the home were beautiful. All needs were met, and the ease of renting was excellent. The owner was easy to contact and friendly, willing to accommodate based on my needs without question. I would highly recommend this rental and will definitely be coming back again.

Golf weekend

Myself and some friends went away for a long weekend to golf. We were surprised at the size of this house when we arrived. It was great! We ended up only golfing one day and spending the rest of our time on the beach. The homeowner made things very easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

Annual beach trip

Check-in process was easy. Brian was responsive when I needed to connect with him. The property was great with the convenience of having a full bathroom for every bedroom. The beach view from the house was definitely the highlight. A few recommendations for improvement: please replace broken light bulbs throughout the house, vacuum cleaners don't work, new kitchen mittens and knife sharpener to make cooking for my crew easy. Thanks!Overall, we enjoyed our trip and the house. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Brigantine week

We enjoyed our week in this lovely home. The location is great. Very short walk to the beach. Great views from the top terrace. A quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, shops and ice cream.

Friends Golf Trip

Brian was great to deal with and made the process very easy. The property was exactly as described, the location right on the beach was great. My friends and I had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend for a friends get together.

Location & space

The location to the beach couldn't have been better! There was so much communal space, while still having enough room for privacy. The views from the balcony were perfect, and having an elevator was surprisingly helpful.

Awesome home on the beach, everything you need is there. Entertainment is a few minutes away.

Elevator is a Hugh asset for the elderly and those in wheelchairs. Looking forward to a return visit in the future.

Great week!

We shared the house with another family for July 4th week. It was the perfect size for 6. You can't beat the location. The balcony's overlooking the beach were terrific. Like most VRBO and Airbnbs I have rented, it could use a fresh coat of paint and some new rugs but otherwise it was great!

Glad everyone enjoyed their stay! Appreciate the review and honest feedback. For other readers' clarity, the first and second floors of the house have hard surface floors (tile and wood). New high-quality plush carpet and padding was installed in all third floor bedrooms in 2017. The stair treads would be the only carpet over a year old and are difficult to keep clean in a beach house as one might imagine. Freshening up the paint is on our list though. Thanks again and we hope to see you again!

Wonderful weekend!

What a beautiful weekend spent in Brigantine! The house had everything needed for our family, which included children, teens an elderly mother who was indeed impressed with the much needed elevator! House was clean and stocked. The view was amazing and the area was very quiet. The basement was a hit for the teens and the “secret” spot under the living. Stairs was a perfect hideout for the young ones who wanted to chill and read. Thank you Brian.

A Brigantine Gem!

This house was perfect for our family of 10, including a 91 year old and 2 young grandchildren. Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by the owner's dad. He personally took us on a tour of the house, which was not only beautiful but also well equipped with everything you would need for a week at the beach. His equally friendly wife made sure we knew where the markets were (and which ones to skip!). The senior members of our group enjoyed the views from the balconies where they could watch the boats and dolphins pass by; the younger members appreciated the few steps it took to get to the beach. Our family agrees that this house was among the best we have ever rented and we look forward to going back again someday; hopefully, sooner than later!

Beachfront Bliss

Delightful visit over New Year’s Eve. We sought a quiet space for six adults away from the noise and congestion. This home is precisely what we needed. Four bedrooms on an upper floor each with a separate bathroom and a bonus first floor playroom with its own bathroom meant that we had enough room to stretch. We easily could have a larger group and still would have been spread out. A patio and multiple balconies afforded breathtaking views of the dunes and beach. Furniture is well situated, both inside and out, in well-defined spaces. A true chef’s kitchen with double electric ovens, microwave, and a gas stovetop that allowed us the luxury of home crafted meals with dishes, wine glasses, and flatware for multiple meals for at least a dozen people. Blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, percolator, and electric kettle provided, along with dishwasher. Elevator made transport of luggage and groceries highly efficient. Owner/Manager was very accommodating and provided very clear and easy-to-follow instructions for arrival and departure. Very flexible and provided a great “heads up” on equipment challenges that allowed us to be prepared. Overall, a great visit! Kudos to Brian and team for taking out all the guesswork and making our visit efficient. Thank you!

WONDERFUL HOUSE AND LOCATION

My family stayed here June 5-11, 2021, and thoroughly enjoyed our time together. The four bedrooms on the third floor each have their own bathroom. The balconies on the second and third floor are awesome, and my family ate most of our meals and spent most of our time on the second-floor balcony. The third-floor balcony has the best views and is off the master bedroom. However, that balcony does not have any shade and it gets hot during the mornings and day. The beach is steps away and there are plenty of chairs, some boogie boards, and 12 beach passes provided. Bring your own beach towels! There were no beach towels, or linens (bed sheets, blankets, towels, or pillows) while we were there (because of COVID) so we rented those items from Coastal Linen Supply – great customer service! They deliver the linens to the house and then pick up when you leave. The elevator came in handy when entering the first floor and getting our luggage up to the third floor. My 90-year-old mother was so happy that she could navigate the house using the elevator. The owner, Brian, is very responsive and we talked or sent a text to him almost every day. We were in contact with him because of issues we encountered. He quickly sent out repairmen. The one item that was not repaired was the dishwasher. It is so old that the control panel is unreadable. We finally figured out which button to push to wash our dishes. By the way, the dishes and coffee mugs are very old, and their design is worn and faded. There also were some pots and pans that had Teflon flaking off. There were other “little” items that were disappointing, and I sent those suggestions to Brian. He is a really nice guy. My partner and I golfed at the Brigantine Golf Links and I would not recommend it. It’s undergoing needed renovations. And a guy mowed one of our golf balls in half on a green! We did explore Atlantic City’s boardwalk and saw how the 40% poverty rate has made the city a rough place. Won’t go back there again but will go back to Ocean City, NJ. It has a really fun, clean, and family friendly boardwalk. I wish I could have given this property 5 stars. But the hassle of repairs, having to fill the propane tank for the grill ourselves, and wishing for decent pots and pans brought my rating down. Overall, we loved the house and do recommend it!

I appreciate the honest and actionable feedback. For everyone who may read the review and wonder, I take pride in the house and continually reinvest based on feedback. I have multiple families that have returned annually for 10-15 years. Based on Karen's feedback, the dishwasher has now been replaced with a top-end Bosch washer and new stainless-steel cookware awaits. Additional improvements made this year include having the house and all hardscape power-washed, the front garden fully renovated, a new Weber gas grill delivered, new Tiki bar fridge and ice maker, and a new 55" smart TV installed in the main living area. Lastly, hopefully this is the last year of COVID precautions. with regards to soft goods. I hope to have all beds made, and bath & beach towels back in place for next season.

This is a beautiful property that is well-maintained and well-equipped. Communication with the property owner was perfection - he went out of his way to make our stay exactly what we were looking for!

Great Beach House

This was a great visit to the Jersey shore. Ryan the host was awesome, easy to get a hold of, and very helpful. The house is perfect, we had a great time and were able to enjoy ourselves. Please stay here you will enjoy it

Great week at the beach!

Great house, well equipped, great location. My dad is mobility impaired, so the elevator was a key feature for us. Unfortunately the elevator broke down during our stay, but the owner was fantastic in helping get it repaired pronto. Strongly recommended.

Peaceful!

We had a wonderful stay at Brian's house. The views of the beach and ocean from the decks are perfect. Bonus, there are lots of birds that live in the plants on the dunes, and they are fun to watch. The house itself is huge and very comfortable. Great communication with Brian. Highly recommend.

Friends Weekend

Brian was so easy, accessible and friendly to work with! He answered in a timely manner and made the experience simple. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location and view just heavenly! The kitchen is user friendly and has everything you need. Follow the dishwasher instructions included in the house information. There is a commercial size ice machine in the tiki bar which was ver convenient. The elevator is a super blessing and easy to use. We would go back!
