Thanks for you response. Sorry about the late check in. When you have guest checking out the same day as a new guest arriving it may delay cleaning a bit. Sorry 30 mins was too much for your liking. And also our floors are mopped every cleaning. Once again thanks.

Thanks for your review. Im sorry on the missed Vaseline bottle and lotion. It was overlooked from the stay the night before your stay. As far as the closet. It is the utility closet for staff, I’m pretty sure an old food container could have been misplaced when cleaning bedroom so we apologize. And lastly if you guys heard an animal I wish you would have reached out about this, so we could have called for services. Before we had a squirrel running around so it’s sounds like it may have returned. Thanks

Thanks for your responds. Sorry you feel a way about not receiving check-in instructions so close to check in, but do you get hotel room keys before you check in the hotel? Also sorry you feel the house wasn’t clean enough to your standards, we spent many hours cleaning and some of your complaints were baffling because I knew I did it personally. Thanks for your input and we will continue to strive for greatness
