Pet-Friendly Paradise: Bring your furry friends along to enjoy this pet-friendly home. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed with approval, with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet.

This home accommodates up to 2 cars and 1 trailer. If you require additional parking, please contact us to check if extra vehicles can be accommodated.

This vacation rental conveniently offers an EV charger Level 2, Tesla only 220 volts for guests to use while staying at the property.

This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. ***The renter will be asked to send a photo of their drivers license upon booking. If paying with a credit card, a 4% credit card processing fee will apply. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable Security Deposit of $1500 will be collected at time of booking.
