These cottages are not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for your boat trailer and public ramp just around the corner. We have 2 cottages on this property. This is unit #2 which is a 2 bedrooms with 1 bath (see below for layout).

Also please view our other unit which is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath which is VRBO listing #791238 for features and availability.

You're in the tropics... listen to the waves, rest, relax or fish, kayak and snorkel, if you wish to lose a few pounds. Sunrise view, ocean breezes. Fully furnished, linens, cable/internet. Kiki's restaurant and bar within walking distance. Shuttle to Key West at the end of the street. Come and stay with us, you're sure to have a wonderful vacation.

This unit is a 2 bedroom, 1 Bath. PLEASE NOTE: The 2nd bedroom is small. It has 2 twin beds in the room. We recommend that the 2nd bedroom be for children only. Also the one bathroom is only accessible through the master bedroom.

Delightful cottage. It can get a little warm without central AC but the window units do a pretty good job of cooling it down. The kitchen doesn’t have a unit and had I actually wanted to cook I imagine it might be too hot. But if you’re not planning to cook and just need a nice comfortable space for o relax after a full day on and in the water this is it! We will definitely be looking to come back next year.

Place was spacious but run down. Air conditioning was insufficient for the space and barely worked in the master bedroom. We had to sleep on the tiny twin beds to stay cool. No bugs at all but floors were dirtier than they should have been. Location was convenient to access everything in the lower keys.

property was clean and about what was expected for the price. steps going to the sliding glass doors are unsafe and we did not use them. i will not rent another property without central ac and electric stove/oven but thats just me personally. overall we give the property a thumbs up for the price.

Excellent location for staying in the Lower Keys. Sunrise view. Nice neighborhood setting. Close to real good places to eat, listen to music and chill. Would come back.

Keys getaway

Great little place to be home base while exploring the Keys. Cabin is no frills, but clean. Loved having a little access to the water as well. Boat ramp is super close. Will visit again!

Nice stay

The cottage was great and the bed was very comfortable, we slept well. The beach area outside seemed like with some slight improvements, it could be really fantastic. A/c worked great. We had a great time in the keys.

On the Bay

We loved the location on the bay. Bed was comfortable and bathroom kitchen were clean. This cabin is nice but a little rustic.

Thank you for staying with us! I'm sorry the cottage didn't suit you. You called when you arrived stating that you weren't happy and I offered to give you a refund, you mentioned that the cottages down the street seemed better, but you didn't want to pay the price they wanted and chose to stay. These cottages are advertised as fishing cottages, they are rustic, nothing fancy, but they are clean.

Cozy cottage on the water

Wonderful, cozy cottage facing sunrise on the water. We had very efficient communication with the property manager for any details. Dog friendly, designated parking, great full kitchen and room for at least 3 adults. I would definitely recommend this location, we will be back!

Great little place on the ocean

We loved our stay here in the Keys. This place had all we needed and beds very comfortable. The Tiki bar down the road was our favorite place to eat and ride our bikes up for an afternoon Margarita. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Family vacation

The place is in a great location, close to key west and other attractions. However, the place is outdated and it didn’t look like it was recently cleaned; it was good for what we needed which it was a short family vacation down in the Keys.
