Fantastic vacation getaway. View right outside was the beautiful Atlantic Ocean with also a view of Vieques. Rosita was wonderful as our host. Couldn’t be happier with this experience.

The stay was exactly what was described. It was even better. The host was fantastic in her communication with us. The area is a peaceful get away from the crowds. We would definitely come back.

We would 100% stay here again! Rosita provided all the comforts of home (including in-condo laundry, dishwasher, kitchen appliances, etc.) while we were staying beach-side. The condo is in a gated community with good restaurants within the grounds. Breathtaking views and we watched pelicans dive into the ocean from the balcony. Powerful air conditioning to keep you comfortable.

Our host Rosita, had excellent communication skills and showed concern for our comfort. The place was spotless and stocked well with beach chairs, towels, kitchen utensils and cookery. It was great having the ability to do laundry prior to leaving as well. The location was central to the east side of San Juan and an easy drive to an awesome beach in laquillo, rain forest in ceiba, sailing out of Fallardo and great places to eat all along the way. I would highly recommend this stay.

We easily settled in and made ourselves right at home. We cooked meals with ease in the perfectly appointed kitchen and did laundry throughout the week. The bed was so comfortable and furnishings were just right. And the view? Couldn’t beat it!

Everything was as advertised, newly remodeled, host was very quick to respond to a text message, the property was well maintained, the highlight was waking up and see the sunrise over the ocean each morning from the balcony

Beautiful Villa in a great location

The place was beautiful and relaxing, located in a peaceful resort village. It’s safe and quiet. The villa itself is so thoughtfully decorated, cozy and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great communication with the host. The location of the property was exactly as expected. A few housekeeping issues which were communicated to the host is what is keeping this from a 5-star review, but I would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay. The view from the room was beautiful and exactly as advertised. The property was nicely done, with several little extras that made the stay convenient and comfortable. We took full advantage of the pool on the property and even splurged on a Day Pass to the nearby resort pool. We’ll be back!

The host was very responsive via the VRBO app, answering all questions in a timely manner.The unit balcony has a direct ocean view. The complimentary beach chairs, umbrella and towels came in handy over multiple days.The condo is well appointed with extra bath towels, toiletries, kitchen cookware and dinnerware.

Very own oasis

Beautiful place. My girlfriend loved the layout and amenities in the kitchen. (She gushed over it several times.) Only drawback was some debris/dirt on balcony due to construction on outside of building. Everything else perfect and Easy.

The condo was very nice and the added amenities like laundry pods, beach chairs, boogie boards, coffee and yoga mats were a pleasant addition. The only unpleasant part of our stay was the amount of fruit flies! Rosita did send the exterminator but I didn’t want toxins sprayed when we were going to be staying in the space for a week. The bugs did cause an inconvenience so that’s the only reason I didn’t give this property top ratings. The beach and pool were wonderful!

Beach front beauty

We had a fantastic week in Puerto Rico. The location of this property was right on the water and has a great view from the bedroom & living room.This condo was great in all aspects. It was spotless with great A/C. It was very nicely furnished with many unexpected touches including Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella. The owner was also very responsive when we had questions There is no doubt that we would stay in this unit again if we vacation in Puerto Rico in the future.

Gorgeous condo on the water!

Lovely condo in the second floor. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Everything was clean and in working order. We had no issues. Air conditioning in bedroom and living room was amazing! We walked to the plaza for dinner every night. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Rosita was a wonderful help. She was very responsive with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Rosita’s place!!!!
