Enjoy a little slice of heaven in our 9th floor gulf front condo! We are perfectly located on PCB's east side on Thomas Dr. at the beautifully maintained Pelican Walk complex. Located near St. Andrew's State Park, this family friendly, gulf front condo is located right on the beach! The condo has one bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one tub, one stall shower). The bedroom features a king size bed and an attached full bath. Our condo overlooks the seasonally heated pool, and offers a sleeper sofa and Murphy bed in the living room to add additional sleeping space. Flat screen TV's in both bedroom and living room. Laundry area with stacked washer and dryer in condo for your added convenience. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the balcony (you may even get lucky and see dolphins frolicking in the morning!) while overlooking the world famous beach. Only a short drive to Pier Park, amusement parks, and the area's best restaurants.

The place was very clean and cool, the view was amazing, the beds were comfortable, communicating with host was easy, location is handy to restaurants, etc.----I took my sister, as she is coping with a cancer diagnosis/ journey----and the beach has always been good for her. It was good medicine fir us both.

Condo was clean. Appreciate the blackout curtains. The view of sunset was spectacular. Seating out on balcony was very nice. There were smokers nearby during our stay, but not the owners fault. Owner has great communication. It was great for the hubby and me for the week.

The beach view was breathtaking. The heated pool and the hot tub were nice amenities. The condo was decorated nicely and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The view of the beach was breathtaking from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Nice condo; a/c worked great. If we vacation in PCB in the future, we would love to stay in P909. Communication was great with the owners. Loved having a Keurig in the room. The ice maker did not work, but the owners graciously gave us a credit to buy ice and for the trouble.

Overall communication with host was great. Condo had beautiful views. Condo was clean and bed was comfortable. Just a little disappointed they didn't have cable TV. Not everyone has Netflix or streaming services. But we still enjoyed her stay.

Great location and great views, just as listed in the property description/pictures!It appears to be an older condo that could use some updates - moldy ceiling/stained ceiling in the bathrooms, toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was chipped, several cracked tiles on the floors.The spare bedding was dirty and unwashed - the host did remedy the situation and had the cleaner come out to switch them and gave us a 50 refund.The blankets were stained/worn out and that's all they had available in the unit.No games/puzzles in the unit, but the common area had puzzles/books which they let us borrow.About the common areas, the men's sauna did not work and the hot tub had some broken jets.Nice tennis courts, indoor racquetball court and heated pools.

Check in process was super easy and the host Kacy was so kind! She communicated with us to make sure everything was going smoothly for us. We loved the location and the unit was so clean!! we loved how cold the AC was and the view from the balcony was perfect. The kitchen had pretty much everything you needed and the restrooms did too! We definitely want to come back here. We loved how the unit even had beach chairs and since my wife needs white noise to sleep, the fact that there’s a box fan available was perfect. The only thing, and I mean only thing we felt could have been better was the king size bed. It was warped and very uncomfortable for us. Besides this, I highly recommend staying here!!!

We had a family vacation and we had such a great time. The condo was perfect and roomy. Love the Murphy bed option and calls for a quick cleanup! Love both pools and thomas drive side with less traffic. We would definitely stay again!

Very clean and cozy space. While there are certainly more luxurious units at Pelican Walk, this one was a good value and perfect for my son and my baseball trip. The Murphy bed was pretty comfortable and easy to use. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of plates and bowls. There was salt pepper and oil. The balcony had a super nice view. Couch was comfortable. Could the unit (especially the bathrooms) use a refresh, yes, but those are minor complaints on an otherwise terrific stay. Great location, great parking, easy beach access, and fun amenities as well!

It has always been our dream to own an oceanfront property. The emerald waters and white beaches put Panama City Beach at the top of our list. We loved the east side of PCB because it is close to everything with a little more of a relaxed feel. The Pelican Walk is big enough to have key amenities but not overcrowded. From top to bottom this property is the perfect place for us to build memories with our family and for you to to build with yours.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The unobstructed view from the 9th floor allows for perfect sunrises and breathtaking sunsets. We have enjoyed watching dolphins jump in front of us as we drink our morning coffee.
