Unit # 410 is located on the third (top) floor facing Thomas Drive. The condo is on the beach side of Thomas Drive, with beach access through the property (no road to cross). The unit sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master, queen bed in the upstairs loft, and a hide-a-bed couch in the living room area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and small appliances. Unit has a front loading washer/dryer stack unit in the bedroom. Bedroom opens to a spacious deck overlooking the landscaped pool area. The property address is 6829 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, FL 32408. Must be 26 years of age to rent.

Great place for just me and my husband but could have easily accommodate our 2 boys as well. Communication with the host was very easy and the place was clean, parking was easy, and complex was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved it. Would stay at this location again!! Clean smelling!! Excellent white linens. Only down side was walking 3 flights of stairs and losing internet connectivity.

This was a great value! We had 2 small children so we were thankful that they provided a baby gate for the loft area (there were some larger gaps in the rails at the top) we also were blessed to find chairs and umbrella left from previous guests! It is 3 flights of stairs up with no elevator access. The front door was a little squeaky. Overall, we had a fantastic time and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay! Thank you so much

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this spot. Extremely convenient to the beach. Took my coffee I made from the condo to the beach each morning of my stay. Sunsets are amazing!!Loved having all the amenities to cook, rest, and relax. I will be back!

Talked with guest and learned it was the comfort of the mattress and not the condition. There are no stains on the mattress.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean with ample space for the 3 of us. We loved having our coffee on the balcony that overlooks the pool. Location is very convenient and only steps to the beach. This section of the beach was absolutely beautiful. Clean and not overcrowded. The kitchen provided everything we needed. Ice maker worked great! There were plenty of fresh towels for bathing. Nice touch with the extra beach items that were available. If we make it back to PCB, we will be booking here again!

The description of property was very accurate if a little under stated. It had everything needed for a great stay. Spotlessly clean. Very easy access to beach and nice warm pool too. Would most definitely use again. Easy check in and out too

Great place

We stay at Sunswept often and everything is always enjoyable. Low key place with a pool and a short stroll through the complex to the beach.

Easy to access but the unit was a bit dirty and dated. Stairs to the upstairs creaked and felt unstable. Smelled of “skunk”. Might’ve been neighbors but it was definitely stinking up the place. King mattress in bedroom was very very soft and could stand to be replaced. Overall was fine for our needs but could have some simple updates/better cleaning.

Wow, I can always count on mother nature to give me a bad review. The kitchen has new cabinets and countertops/new paint in everything but the bedroom. The living room furniture is only two years as well. The master bedroom’s mattress is only one and a half years old. I am definitely going to replace this since you’re the second to complain. The smell may have been coming from the washing machine that broke and it was replaced the day you left at a price of $2,200. Oh my goodness how prices have gone up. However, your price per night was less than $100 a night to me. It’s hard to keep up a 5 star review making the money that people pay. I’m thinking I may need to raise my prices to keep up with repairs. Again, my apologies for the weather and the unit. Also, thanks for the review. Sincerely, Kathy
