You will be close to everything when you stay at our new charming Butterfield Bungalow. Centrally-located between Indianapolis and Carmel, this 2 bedroom home offers sleeping for up to 6 guests making it the perfect getaway for a variety of families/groups. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, watch movies in the cozy, spacious finished basement (w/ queen sleeper sofa & desk), or relax and unwind on the patio around the firepit, all with easy access to the entire city.

The Space:
This is a ranch style home with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and a finished basement.

Guest Access:
Guests are assigned a unique 4 digit code for access to the property for the duration of their stay. The code along with access instructions, are sent to the guest as soon as the booking is confirmed.

The Neighborhood:
Residential neighborhood with easy access to major thoroughfares to travel the entire city.

Cozy cottage

Just like home

One of our best VRBO stays! We walked right in at instantly felt at home. It reminded me of my childhood house and that nostalgia was very comforting. My sons loved the basement area and video games. The backyard was a great place to make a fire and relax. Clean, well appointed, I would definitely stay there again when we visit the area.

Great spot, as advertised.

This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults. It was clean and in a nice neighborhood that was 1-2 miles away from shopping/food/Target,etc. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and basement game room. Host was very responsive with all of our pre-trip questions. Thank you!

Nice peaceful neighborhood.

We loved the area. The place was very comfortable and lots of stores and restaurants in the area. We loved sitting in the backyard every evening. I would rent the place again if we go to that area again.

This home was great! Immaculate, well stocked, quiet location and near everything. We were in town for a sports tournament in Westfield and this location was easy access.

Cozy and Convenient!

We were in the area for a short visit and wanted to explore Downtown and cities to the north. This was the perfect location! Local restaurants and big box shopping all within a mile (including the cutest hardware store/cafe right around the corner). It was about a 20 minute drive downtown and only about 15 minutes to the gorgeous Carmel. The house was the perfect size for the three of us. It's well-decorated so that it's cozy but not overwhelming/ full of things to clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for dining in one night and there were extra blankets available for curling up in front of the tv. It was a nice stay in a quiet neighborhood!

Our Stay at the Bungalow!

My husband, son and I stayed at the Butterfield Bungalow July 11-14. First of all, the communication was SEAMLESS!!! Fast, very friendly and kind responses! The decor was so cute and eclectic, the living room was cozy with a comfy couch and large tv, the kitchen was beautiful and well stocked, a pretty dining area with a large table and chairs, one bedroom with 2 twin beds and the master bedroom with a queen bed---perfect! The bathroom was darling and clean! My teenage son took over the finished basement that had a large tv, old school arcade video games and another comfy couch! It was SO hot and muggy there (like, 100') but the air conditioner in the home was AHMAZING!! (This lady was very happy!! lol) There were also box fans to use in both bedroom closets which we thankfully didn't need, but we did use them for white noise when we went to bed. (It's the little touches that are thought of that can make for such a relaxing, wonderful trip!) There are also lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores right down the street! There is a breakfast/brunch place a few miles away called YOLK. Highly recommend!!!! Lastly, the bungalow was extremely clean!! That is always #1 on my list of importance. We have walked into VRBO rentals that weren't cleaned properly and it can ruin your trip. No one wants to clean someone else's dirt and nastiness. Especially when you are on vacation and paying for your stay and a cleaning fee. We look forward to coming back! Thank you so much! : )

X-mas with Family

Great place to stay, has everything you need. Loved cooking with gas! My aunt is a realator in the area and absolutely love this house. We did to, i will definitely stay again in the future. Thank you!

Quiet Comfortable Stay in IN

This was the most amazing vrbo we have ever been to. It was clean and quite! When we had minor issues the owner quickly fixed everything. We have saved this location to use in the future! 10 outta 10 would stay again

Great cozy house

We loved this house! It was very clean, everything was renovated, definitely the best stocked VRBO we've stayed in, as far as everything you need. My older brother loved the basement and made it his man cave. Quiet neighborhood convenient to whatever we wanted. Definitely would stay again.
