Awesome stay for a guys life fishing trip. Walking into the home you know it’s going to be an awesome stay with the log cabin feel and two story fireplace. Decorated in the Northwoods vibe, this home had everything you could need. We pack like boyscouts as you never know what a rental has. This place had everything. Ample staples like TP, paper towels, facial tissue, garbage bags, we didn’t have to make any store runs for supplies as this place has it all. In terms of entertainment, our crew was kept busy with foosball, ping pong, garage cornhole and many TV options after long days ice fishing. Plenty of parking for our multiple trailers of atvs and snowmobiles. The home was a perfect location on the East side of Petenwell, half mile from the Lure Bar n Grill/boat launch and 2 miles from Monroe Boat launch, made getting on the ice a breeze. We’ve stayed at multiple rentals in the area and this place by far set the bar for amenities, ambience, and a stress free stay. Lastly, Dave the host provided timely and clear communication for arrival and departure process. Will definitely be staying at Eagles Perch again!

Excellent cabin for a family or group!

Spacious cabin with open layout. The games/pool table in the basement kept everyone busy when at the cabin. Highly recommend!

The cabin had everything we wanted, we were not there long enough to do laundry, nice option if needed, the cabin was located in quiet secluded woods, you could watch the deer, Dave, the host was excellent, informative was able to answer all my concerns . I would highly recommend this place, great for family gatherings.

We had an amazing stay at the Eagle’s Perch. Highly recommended. The house is beautiful, there’s plenty to do (games, entertainment, etc.) and the host (Dave) was more than hospitable. He brought us extra firewood and came to plow the driveway after a substantial snowstorm. The property is well taken care of and we didn’t find ourselves missing anything at all. There are conveniences within a short drive and a great bar/restaurant that’s within walking distance. I would absolutely stay there again.

This was exactly what we hoped it would be when we stayed. Quiet spot, nice firepit area, several twin beds in a loft, and the a garage is used as a gaming area. All worked slick. Beautiful log cabin. Lots of room. Could easily to the people count listed on the description.

Couples Golf Stay

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had the pleasure of staying at a cute three-bedroom, two-bath home near the Sand Valley Golf Resort, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate condition of the property and the welcoming atmosphere. The interior was spacious, tastefully decorated, and offered all the modern amenities. The two main floor bedrooms were comfortable, with cozy beds and the loft upstairs with a king bed and two singles and a sitting area with tv. Both bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen was a delight for anyone who enjoys cooking, equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils. The entertainment basement was a highlight. It's a full-on fun zone that could keep everyone entertained for hours! We did not partake after our golf days as we preferred to play cards. Also full size washer and dryer in basement, perfect to wash our golf clothes! The adorable patio area is a peaceful area out front with party lights and a firepit making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Its proximity to Sand Valley Golf Resort was a huge plus, allowing for quick and easy access to world-class golfing. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, adding to the overall sense of relaxation and comfort. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable stay near Sand Valley.

Highly recommend this lovely property! Exactly as pictured. Very quiet, no bugs. Comfortable beds and furniture. You don't need to bring kitchen supplies, it's stocked better than any rental I've been to. The host is responsive and friendly. Wi-fi is stable, and the smart tv is current. Parking easily accommodated our 4 cars. Thanks Dave!!

Weekend Getaway with Friends

We had a great stay at Eagles Perch. The house was great and had a good variety of amenities for our group. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had before our stay. The house is in a great location not far from some local restaurants and bars but located in a very peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend staying at Eagles Perch!

Perfect Birthday Weekend Getaway

This cabin was a perfect getaway for our group of friends to celebrate a birthday! It was quiet and fully equipped with all the things to make a big movie-style breakfast. We got to play some of the board games available and even take a walk to the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place

We had a lovely time at this log home. It had everything we needed, plus a lot more. The fireplace was great to come home too after a day of ice fishing. We hope to be back for another ice fishing trip, plus in the summer to enjoy this great house and area. Thanks again for your great hospitality while we’re staying at the place.

Highly recommend!

Home was beautiful inside and out. Plenty of activities to keep kids and adults entertained. The outdoor fire pit and games were a hit. Plenty of room in the driveway for a boat trailer and several cars.

Great getaway

This property and host were amazing. The home is beautiful, well maintained, and has everything you need for a nice stay. The property is gorgeous with lots of wildlife. The owner was accommodating and communicative, would stay there in the future.

Expectations Exceeded

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Eagles Perch! The house is situated on the HUGE lot perfectly, very private and setback from the road a good distance, although I don't think we saw a single vehicle drive by the entire time we were there. The fire pit was great for s'mores and very large with plenty of stocked firewood! The interior of the home is gorgeous, spacious and well stocked with all the essentials. It's very clean and modern, beds were comfy and the whole house Bluetooth speaker system was a nice feature. The basement game room is awesome and was a big hit for the 5 teenagers that were with me. Plenty of activities to do nearby but honestly, the house is so nice, you almost hate to leave. The host is very responsive and very attentive! We all loved our stay at Eagles Perch and if we ever decide to visit this area again, Eagles Perch is where we'll be staying! Great house, Dave! Thanks for the memories!

Beautiful!

This rental was amazing! It exceeded all of our expectations and went beyond. We had everything we needed and MORE! It is stocked with all the essentials. It has SO many activities, games, and leisure areas. The location was absolutely ideal and we will definitely be back!

Golf Trip

Another great stay while golfing at Sand Valley and Arrowhead! Our golfing group had a tremendous time at Eagles Perch, even on the one rain afternoon we kept busy with all the games/amenities in the home. This is our second stay, and we will be back again for our future golf trips.

Outstanding getaway

Our family had a tremendous time at Eagle Perch - an outstanding getaway. Lodging, local access to water, amenities in the home - all exceeded our expectations. Our host - Dave - was very accessible and answered all questions in an amazingly prompt manner. We look forward to visiting again!

Family get together

Our family had a great time at your place and will be returning in the future. Your house is well stocked for all of our needs and had a great time with the different games in the basement, along with the nightly fires at the fire pit. We had daily visits from the deer and got to see numerous Eagles flying over to Lake area.

Family get away

Extremely nice log home and well maintained and equipped for all our family's needs. Loved out time around the firepit and just sitting on the deck while watching the deer and eagles overhead. We will definitely be back again to take in all that this house has to offer in nature and proximity to Sand Valley for our golf games.
