Overall, the stay was convenient, especially given the beachfront location. The staff was prompt in responding to my messages; however, the issue I raised was never resolved.My primary concern was the shower curtain, which had visible mold and mildew. Since I was traveling with my 7-year-old son, I felt it was necessary to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the shower myself to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for him.While I appreciated the staff’s timely responses, I was disappointed that the issue was not addressed appropriately. For the price of the rental, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance.

Great stay

We had a great stay. It’s a quiet area. Chair service is great! Unit was a great set up and communication with Ocean Reef was great.

Check in was great on my phone and we received necessary codes in email. Kitchen was fine everything worked was clean and had everything needed.

Our Stay

Good size for a family of four. Love the private beach access. I would have liked the shower to have a light…seemed a little dark. One thing the property should do is update the pots and pans
