The property was perfect for my wife and I. Everything was great. The view was magnificent. The property is near everything for Miramar Beach. We will definitely look at this property in the future.

The Edgewater Miramar was a great property. It was in a good location for us with Dining on 30a and back towards Destin. Our room's balcony was just perfect to hear just enough of the waves crashing, and the view was outstanding. Great parking, very safe feeling all around!!! Doug (Houston)

Outstanding! Will return.

We enjoyed everything about our condo at Edgewater. The location can’t be beat, and whether you enjoy the beach or the pool, both are easily accessible options for daily sun and fun. We will definitely return in the future.

Bed Head Board was not secure and rattled in the middle of the night. Only complaint! Everything else was great like always.

Quick getaway

The location and proximity to the beach is fantastic. The unit was furnished nicely. We experienced some inconvenience with a 12 hour power outage, some water damage evident in the bathroom, the elevator next to us not working off and on, and a broken hair dryer but overall it was a good stay. The pools were clean and never super crowded. On site staff was friendly and the owners were super quick to respond to any communication. Can't beat the view and ease to the beach.

The check in process was one of the worst I’ve experienced. Communication was horrible. I actually messaged the host inquiring about adding a few days to our stay about a week before we arrived, she told me she would check on availability and never responded. On our last night I had to message her to inquire about the checkout process. I never received any information from her unless I initiated it. The other guests we traveled with had rooms with different owners and had a much better experience. I also should mention we found mold on the ceiling in the living room and kitchen. I understand there is a lot of humidity in this area but something should be done.

Very nicely kept property - landscape is impeccable. Our place could have used a fresh coat of paint - but managable overall. The biggest dissatisfaction was the fact that you are not allowed to bring your own beach umbrella - and the ones offered on the beach - the cost to rent them would have added several hundred dollars to our week's stay. So - this is a major issue in considering such a place in the future. But a nice place overall. Parking - is ample - but cannot get into it due to clearance of 6 ft. So - car will thus bake in the non-structure parking lot for your stay.
