Spacious 3BR Noblesville Home near Ruoff & Mojo Up

Welcome to our retreat centrally located to lots of attractions in Noblesville! We are just a short walk to the Ruoff Music Center (see map) and a 3 minute drive to Mojo Up Sports Complex. We are a 30 minute drive to Grand Park.

All bedrooms are located upstairs. Not pictured is a pool table for your entertainment! Our back deck is the perfect place to grill out before a concert!

Hamilton Town Center is nearby, offering a wide range of shopping & dining options. Driveway parking available.

Concert at Ruoff

Our family stayed there so we didn’t have to drive home after a great concert at Ruoff. The house was perfect for what we needed.

Stay for a Basketball Tourney

We had an excellent stay! The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was thoughtfully organized, with labeled cupboards and drawers, which made it easy to find everything we needed for cooking. Our kids especially loved the pool table — it kept them entertained the whole time. Highly recommend!

Quick trip to Indy

My extended family (parents, sister's family, spouse, and myself) made a weekend trip to the area for a memorial service. This ended up being an ideal location for us. Very clean and comfortable. We weren't there for long, but it had everything we needed.

Nice home, great location!

Would definitely recommend. Great location for concerts at ruoff. Everything was clean and included every amenity for a pleasant stay.

Everything about this home is fun from the location to the wifi password. The home is decorated well, clean, comfy and accommodated our family of 8 easily.

Great place for Christmas!

We needed a central location to host our adult kids and their partners for Christmas near extended family in the area. The place was just as advertised, beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped for cooking our holiday meals, and we felt right at home. Close to great restaurants and shopping too. One of the best things was how responsive the property managers were even on a holiday. Ruoff was close enough for our group to walk to, and we’re considering a return trip this summer!

Perfect little rental!

This home was perfect for our weekend stay! So cozy and clean! The perfect location and so close to everything. If we are ever in Noblesville again, we will definitely book this one for a second time!

Thanksgiving stay!!

This home was so clean and furnished beautifully. There was plenty of room and so welcoming. The property was in the perfect location so close to all the shopping and dining locations. We plan on booking with this host in the future.

Concert Location

Thank you so much for a lovely and clean home for us to reunite in for our concert. We were from all over Indiana and Texas and it was the perfect place for a girl's weekend with our favorite boy band. It was close to the venue, had plenty of room for us all and the owners were great/ Super easy check-in/check-out.

Great location!

This VRBO was perfect for our family. Close to nice restaurants and stores. Super clean and the hosts have really gone above and beyond for little things including coffee, creamer and sugar. Our grandson was thrilled to have some new toys to play with also. Checking in was easy and communication with the hosts was wonderful. We will stay here again for sure.

Very comfortable and spacious

Nice home with everything you need for a family trip. Kids toys and games in closet as well as a first aid kit. Also enjoyed the pool table. Everything was very clean, and owners accommodated our request for extra bathroom linens prior to arriving.
