Stay in a quiet two-bedroom home near downtown Noblesville, with space for up to six guests. The Noblesville Square is approximately a four-minute drive or twenty-minute walk away, offering local restaurants, shops, parks, and walking paths.

The home is conveniently located near many of the area’s main destinations:

- Ruoff Music Center - about 10 minutes
- Finch Creek Park - about 10 minutes
- Arena at Innovation Mile - about 15 minutes
- Hamilton Town Center - about 15 minutes
- Grand Park - about 20 minutes
- Downtown Indianapolis - about 40 minutes

Inside, you’ll find comfortable sleeping arrangements, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated desk for working remotely. After a concert, tournament, workday, or afternoon exploring Noblesville, relax in the quiet home or spend time in the backyard around the firepit.

Security: there are two exterior security cameras on the property - one at the front door and one facing the back yard. There are no cameras inside the home.
Please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. No smoking indoors and no pets allowed.

The location is perfect. Right in town, but has easy access to major roads and restaurants. Plenty of room for our family.

It was a very old home, but it was so charming! Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Mine was a 10 day stay, I felt very comfortable there. Street parking was always available.

Our stay in Noblesville was excellent. The house is thoughtfully decorated and extremely clean! This place had everything we needed to spend a cold weekend bundled up inside but would be amazing in warmer months as the neighborhood is very charming! We needed help logging in to the smart tv and received a response within minutes. We were more than pleased with our stay!

Great spot for a quick getaway!

We were in town for a family reunion and needed a small, quiet place to stay. The cottage was clean, well lit and in a quiet neighborhood. We felt that it was very close to downtown Noblesville without being right in the center of things.

Great place

Had an event at Grand Park, found this place which was cheaper than a hotel. It was great, gave our daughter her own space, let prepare our meals and relax. It's literally a 5 minute drive from downtown, you could probably walk if you wanted.

Perfect for our time here!

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament. We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, good towels, washing machine/dishwasher. Perfect for our family or 5!
