Great place.

We had a great time staying at this Saddleback retreat! The house was as described. The beds were comfortable, the fire pit was great and the hot tub was roomy and clean. The house is halfway between some family members in Ohio and us in North Carolina. So it was a perfect location halfway.

It is in a great location near all the area's attractions and local restaurants. Our family especially enjoyed the game room.

Hidden gem

The house has plenty of space, loads of bedrooms. The game room is absolute fun, the teenagers with us loved it and the adults did too. The fire pit was very enjoyable in the evening. We did not use the hot tub, but it looked very inviting. Thank you gor sharing your home!

Exploring NRG

Great property! Lots of room for our family of 6. Good location near sites of NRG. Kids loved the game room, board games, and chips! We enjoyed the hot tub and coffee station!

We had so much fun at the house, between the firepit and all the games. Very close to town and many attractions at the Gorge. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Fall Getaway to the Gorge

My wife and I and two grown children and their significant others spent a long weekend at this fabulous spot. Remote but close to the National Park and Fayetteville. It had everything we wanted - a fire pit, hot tub, game room…. And the hosts were great communicators before, during and after the trip. Highly recommended!

Great place!

We stayed here during a rafting trip. The house was very clean and well equipped. The coffee bar was a welcomed addition! The house was very spacious and the game room was awesome. More importantly, the owners were great to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Family and Friends

We loved it for our rafting and hiking trip! Close enough to groceries, gas, rafting and yet remote enough to enjoy the quiet by the fire pit. Game room is great. Fayetteville's July 4th celebration showed off the fun, visitor friendly area too.

Tom & Haley knock it out of the park!

Nice property

Very clean. Close to Great Gorge park and rafting. Beautiful area. Bring your own shampoo and soap. Beds were firm. Game room and firepit are very nice.

Family Getaway!

Location, Location, Location! We loved it! This home was perfect! It totally fit our needs from the hot tub, to the fire pit and all the cool games in the game room, pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, ski-ball etc.! All the kitchen amenities were nicely provided, Love the dual coffee maker. The beds were comfy and the overall clean! We were very close to the rafting places and close to Kroger's but still feel like a lot of privacy! Totally will stay here again and I will highly recommend to others! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Kids couldn’t get enough of the game room

The property was fantastic. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The house was very clean and had some nice touches like the coffee bar and the fire pit. The kids spent a lot of time in the game room. Overall, would highly recommend.

Perfect for a Family

This property was perfect for our family of 10. The house was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. The fire pit was great for a relaxed campfire dinner. With 4 teenagers and a tween the game room was a great way to finish off the day. Lots of fun competition for everyone. A quiet neighborhood. We loved it all.

Great location

This house was situated in a great area for all the activities we wanted to do. Close to everything. We really enjoyed the game room… unfortunately it rained most of the time on the nights we were there and couldn’t enjoy the lovely fire pit area 😢… but there was plenty of firewood and pretty lights, had we been able to… only bad thing was we weren’t able to stay longer to enjoy more of the beautiful area and all there is to do! Fun times!

Very Thoughtful Property Mgt

We stayed here while hiking in the NRG area. The owners were super responsive and helpful with all questions and made several key suggestions. They left flowers and balloons to celebrate our son’s bday and even scheduled two deer to greet us upon arrival. All enjoyed the game room in the evenings. The property is ever so slightly off the beaten path, but teally just minutes from the hwy. We had everything we needed as property was exactly as described. I believe anyone who stays here would be happy with their decision. :)

Exactly as advertised!

Last minute whitewater rafting trip with the family. Weather was cold (it snowed/hailed during two of the days), and a storm blew through the day we got to the house that knocked all of the power off for the surrounding area. Hosts were communicative and left flashlights for us to use. Nothing they could have done about the lights, and thankfully they came back on that night. We have three teenagers, and they loved the game room and the hot tub. Everything is pretty new and in great condition. So even though it was cold and we couldn't do as many things outside as we wanted to, the setup of the house is perfect for staying inside (whitewater rafting was great, btw, even in the cold!). Tom & Haley left us alone but checked in to make sure all was well (which it was, that's why we didn't need to communicate with them after the first night). The inside of the house was very clean, the towels and bed linen were high quality, and everything we needed was provided. Would certainly stay again, we 100% recommend the place.

This private area is perfect for a family getaway! Its very quiet and one has a few houses on this road. We enjoy the peace and the wildlife that show up sometimes in the back yard.
