The cabin was cozy & the lot was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the deer out back & just relaxing as a family grilling out, playing games & soaking in the hot tub after a long day of hiking.

Darling cabinet on a beautiful piece of property, well maintained and exceptionally well equipped. We really enjoyed the use of the hot tub and fire pit, and cooking breakfast outside on the gas griddle was fun.

A bad mildew smell from bathroom. Left the cabin cleaner than we arrived. Hot tub showed over 300 days overdue for the water to be changed. But the cabin was cozy and comfortable.

The water in the hot tub is changed out between each guest stay and It was drained out and RefIlled right before you arrIved. I have not figured out how to reset the module on the Hot tub control panel and that is why you see that on the display. Most of Hocking Hills including my cabin does not have city water and has well water and it does have a Sulpher smell at tImes. It is not mildew. Thank you for being a great guest and leaving the cabin clean.

Perfect place for hiking.. 10 to 15 min drive to all the popular spots.. place is clean and the property is beautiful. the host is friendly and quick with a response. Had no issues..

We had such a lovely stay! I can’t recommend this cabin enough and the owner was such a pleasure to work with. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Our stay was wonderful, the cabin was well equipped and welcoming as described. The cabin was clean and nicely decorated with every type of kitchen accessory you could possibly need. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and enjoying the tranquil scenery. After a day of hiking, the hot tub felt amazing. We especially loved that we could bring our dogs with us for a weekend getaway. I would highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely amazing, very peaceful, quiet, very clean, had everything that we needed for a very relaxing weekend. It was also very helpful that we were able to bring our dog with us as she is apart of our family. We will definitely be be back again. The owner of the cabin is a very nice and wonderful person. He made sure that we had everything that we needed. Like I said we will definitely be back again for another relaxing peaceful weekend getaway!!!

Perfect, cozy cabin with beautiful scenery and a great location. The host was easy to get in touch with and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The covered patio and hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Cabin was clean and perfect for a small family. We had never been to this area of Ohio. So beautiful and quiet. Every morning and throughout the day we were visited by a family of deer and Turkeys. The back deck was so nice to sit and relax in peace. Owner was very transparent and communicated with us throughout, even checking in on us half way through the trip. We didnt get a chancevto use the hot tub but it was ready when we arrived. Very comfortable throughout the entire cabin. Would rent again.

House was just perfect inside and out!! Was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved sitting in the hot tub after hiking and drinking a beverage in the icy mugs found in the freezer. Brought our dog along and she loved the beautiful yard to run around and play. The fire pit was fantastic. We would deffinately recommend this house to all. Great proximity to all the hocking hills attractions

The bathroom had a horrible mildew smell, so bad that it was unpleasant eating in the kitchen. We took most of our meals outside even when it was cold. The toilet was filthy, and I don’t mean the rust. I had to clean the gross stuff off the rim of the bowl, and felt the need to sanitize the seat too after I found the nasty under it. We enjoyed the grills, deck and hot tub outside. We stayed outside as much as possible. The beds were okay, and the stink didn’t follow us upstairs thankfully. The kitchen was well stocked, and we would have loved the cabin if not for the smell. We won’t rent here again.
