The house was clean but the freezer was leaking so we had no ice. Also the listing stated you get 4 beach badges I only had 3. When we arrived the house was 94 degrees. NJ was on a middle of a heat a wave and the ac was off.

We’re sorry you were disappointed with your stay. The refrigerator was beginning to have an issue and has since been replaced with a brand-new one. Regarding the AC, you arrived well before the scheduled check-in time, before we had the opportunity to turn it on and cool the home down during the heat wave. The listing also states that three beach badges are provided, which we offer as a complimentary courtesy to our guests and saves approximately $39 per day. We’re sorry we weren’t able to meet your expectations and hope you enjoy the rest of your summer.

Loved our stay

Place was clean and bright. Just a few minute walk to boardwalk and beach. Had a fabulous stay. Would definitely recommend the place and will be back.

Great place for a beach/boardwalk stay with the family. House was kept clean and exactly as pictured. Easy location to walk to the beach and boardwalk. Communication with Jim was easy and he was always quick to respond.

Beautiful rental, great stay!

This rental is so nice! Very clean, modern and super nice! Location is great as it is only three blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Definitely recommend!!

Great house, very nice host

This is a great place to stay, especially if you need three bedrooms. The location is minutes from the boardwalk with ample off street parking. The house was clean and the host was very nice and extremely helpful.

Perfect Place for your Seaside Heights Getaway

The location of this beach house is perfect - literally a couple of blocks away from the beach and the board walk. The place was stylish and clean and had everything we needed. Having parking space was a plus! I would absolutely stay here again.

My group had an absolute blast! Such a great property in a great location. Within a walking distance to beach and boardwalk with a fast responding host! The property was clean and well taken care of, if we travel back to Seaside we will definitely be back!

We had a great time. Very convenient location. Walked to the beach and boardwalk every single day. The house was clean and well stocked. Only thing we had to go to the store for was food and trash bags.
