This luxury beach house takes "beach front" to another level. This incredible property is right on the sand with stunning views out into the Gulf. Experience world-class sunrises and sunsets and dolphins from the balcony!

4BR / 4Bath - 2023 luxury construction. Settled in the charming beach community of Shell Point, FL. Whether you are traveling with friends or just yourself, you can take advantage of TWO master suites with stunning beach views, a great bunk room for the kids (sleeps 4) and another spacious bedroom (sleeps 4). Plenty of room for at least two families.

If you like fishing, this is an ideal location with a public launch right across the street and a private dock in a nearby canal steps from the house. If fishing isn't your thing, this is the perfect spot to unwind and relax or entertain your family with water sports such as kayaking or paddle boarding. There's also a public playground and sand volleyball net just a short walk down the beach.

Two balconies (one fully screened in) are ideal to enjoy the cool breezes off the Gulf and take in some pretty incredible views. Elevator, fireplace, plenty of parking, board games, books, puzzles, and much, much more.

An easy drive to Tallahassee as well as nearby Crawfordville- you couldn't ask for a better spot! Come and make some memories to last a lifetime. Welcome to Saltwater Taffy Cottage!

The house was perfect for our 2 families and even has a little room to grow in at some point. The location and amenities can't be beat; having the beach on one side and the boat ramp on the other was absolutely perfect. The host had excellent communication and clear instructions for everything regarding the house, check-in, and check-out.

Everything was as expected. The house is located on the beach and with in a couple of steps of the beach and water. Another great surprise was that the elevator went to all of the floors. The host was easy to contact and communicate with. Everyone had a great time!

Beautiful home, great having the elevator, loved the screened porch, picnic table under the house, good beach in front of the house. Had one issue with refrigerator but the owners went above and beyond to fix it. They were wonderful to deal with, they suggested Trident restaurant for brunch, great food!

Beautiful Property

Relaxing vacation

Beautiful home with everything you need and more! Even though our weather was not ideal, we enjoyed sitting on the screened porch taking in the beautiful gulf view and watching the abundant wildlife. It’s the perfect place for 100% relaxation and enjoying family time !

Sunrise/Sunset at Saltwater Taffy

House was very clean and well stocked. All agreed the beds were very comfortable! Great set up for multi -generations of a family or two families vacationing together. Bay was great for kayaking.Decks great for relaxing! Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset! Our group enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Gulf Living

You want peace and quite on the Gulf. This is the house. New Construction house that has the best of the best. We stay at very high end homes and this is up there. Highly recommend.

The house was exactly as described and even more. the kitchen had all the appliances you need including an air fryer and 3 different kinds of coffee machines (for all kind of pods and regular brew). The house was well stocked in pan and dishes, glasses, plates and silverware (enough to feed a large group), dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergents, dryer sheets, shampoos, conditionner, hand and shower soaps, firewood, towels, bed sheets etc... and even had some sugar, flour, some spices, coffee pods, and other non perishable supplies ready for us to use.The house was very clean. The hosts did everything possible to get your to start your vacation on a good foot. They were also very responsive to communication through the app. The house itself is great with amazing beach and ocean views. We spent a lot of time on the decks, admiring dolphins swim right under our windows. The beach is not large but right there when you get down from the house. It is very convenient. The little community is very welcoming and quiet. It was very relaxing. We did some excursions to nearby state parks and to Tallahassee. It is a little remote location away from the busy seaside life of the 30A area we were used to and we liked that aspect a lot. We will definitely consider coming back there with no hesitation for a future family vacation.

Just What The Doctor Ordered

Thank you for granting us the privilege of making your home our home for the week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had all the beauty and comforts of home in a low key locale with spectacular sunsets and a gorgeous once in a life time Flower Moon "rise" last night!!!
