Welcome to "Beachside Getaway," our home away from home in New Smyrna Beach. Located in the popular resort community of Sea Woods, our condo is located across the street from the no-drive beach and is loaded with amenities, including 3 pools, fitness room, pickleball, tennis courts, shuffleboard and walking trails over the community's 53-acres!

Nice place by the beach

Loved the location! Proximity to the beach was great! The accommodations were perfect for my family of 4.

Great place right by the beach!

This was a great place for myself, wife and two kids to stay. Short walk to a public (but might as well been private) beach with a private trail to follow. Quiet neighborhood and the hosts were top notch! We will be booking again when back in the area!

Peaceful Vacation

The condo is comfy and cozy. Quick walk to a beautiful uncrowded beach! Lovely neighborhood for walking and bike riding. Will definitely book again for next summer!

Outstanding!

We love Sea Woods and we love NSB. If you have a young family this condo has everything you need. I brought a pac n play and travel high chair but the condo had both! We forgot our brogue boards so we bought some cheap ones but there were multiple boogie boards, sand toys and even beach chairs at the condo. This unit does not disappoint.

Family vacation

The property was just as advertised a nice concrete sidewalk trail right to the beach from the property. Beach and pool accessories on site. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10. The only conplaint is the lanai room kind of had a pee smell maybe from someone’s passed pet or something? But open the door and turn on the fan it clears in no time. Thanks again for everything!

Beach Treat

This property is even better than advertised. Check-in was easy and a parking was well marked. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The pool is just a few steps away and well maintained. It really does only take 3 minutes to get to the beach. We felt like this was a private section of the beach; no crowds, no cars, no vendors. There is also no life guard so it pays to know a little about what to expect at the beach. The owners made this feel like it was our place at New Smyrna. We cannot speak more highly of them. We will be back again this year!

Great Location, but needs updates

The location was perfect and loved that they were dog friendly, but the condo could use a little TLC. The blinds in both bedrooms were very broken, so both rooms were bright. The floors were filthy, if you walked around barefoot your feet would be black. When we arrived the guests before us had broken the lock, the owners were quick to fix this, so it ultimately didn’t effect our time, but the lock was old and even after being rekeyed it was tricky. It was easy to see how it broke before. The secondary bedroom didn’t have a table or light/lamp in it, we had to move one from the living room. All of the fire alarms were off the walls when we arrived so we had to reinstall them and purchase batteries (the owners did offer to have someone do this for us, but it would’ve been the next day and we weren’t comfortable sleeping without alarms). Overall, Sea Woods as a complex was fantastic and the beach access was so easy. Neighbors were all kind, Amenities were nice, but the condo needed so love and updates.

Great Stay!

everything was clean and as promised. Location is right across the street from the beach, which is nice and the pool is a short walk from the unit. The house were very responsive and answered every question I had. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful beach getaway

Very nice and clean condo! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We loved the tree lined streets. The beach is just a short walk down a boardwalk. It's the area of NSB that doesn't allow cars on the beach which is preferable to me.

Great Condo

This is a wonderful condo for your vacation especially if you have a pet. Amy's unit is nicely furnished and extremely clean. She even had a gift basket of cookies and dog treats for us when we arrived. I will definitely be staying in this condo again. Thanks Amy
