We invite our guests to enjoy relaxing in our comfortable and cozy luxury waterfront condo!
We know you will love the amazing views of the beautiful Indian River!
2 Bedroom-2 Full Baths nice quality furniture and appliances.

Large solid wood dining table/4 chairs
See dolphins playing throughout the day by viewing from the sliding glass doors or you can go directly to the promenade boardwalk and see the dolphins and other wildlife more closely….
you might even see an occasional sea turtle or manatee swimming by.
Watch sailboats, yachts, fishing boats, paddle boards, and kayaks cruise by.
Look for the occasional opening of the north causeway draw bridge over the Intercoastal waterway.
This special property is located on Bouchelle Island & offers visiting guests many exciting amenities…

nice grills to use at both pools.
Shuffle board, tennis/pickle ball courts,
pitch & putt golf (you must bring your own supplies to play these games)

Our stay was wonderful, the condo was beautiful and the location was great. It was very clean and check in and out was super easy. The hosts were fantastic and we would definitely return to this property.

We absolutely loved our stay here this past weekend. We only live a couple hours away but wanted a nice spot to stay for my husband's 40th birthday. When I say this condo is beautiful, that is an understatement!It is super easy to find, in a nice quiet location close to literally everything.You can tell from the moment you walk in the door that they take pride in their property. It is beautifully decorated and stocked with anything you may need. My favorite part was sitting on the lanai and watching the dolphins playing and fishing! Absolutely breathtaking!Thank you so much to the owners for sharing this with us, highly recommend on all aspects!!

The condo is beautiful and the view of the water is stunning. Dolphins swimming all hours of the day. Not sure when we will be back in New Smyrna Beach, but we will definitely book Scott and Marilou’s condo when we do!

Clean comfortable condo with great communication with host. We saw dolphins everyday right out of the lanai. Walked the boardwalk and swam everyday. Great restaurants and shopping only few miles away. I hope we can get back again! Thank you for a great stay.

From the minute we opened the door to the unit, we were beyond excited with the beautiful accommodations, decor, cleanliness, phenomenal mast bathroom...then that view! We saw dolphins every morning and evening in the water and the sunsets were spectacular. The host was outstanding - highly communicative, organized, and responsive. Had 2 pools on property and small but effective gym. Great location! Highly recommend!

Very communicative owners who have furnished this beautiful condo with everything you could ever need. If you’ve forgotten something in your haste to get down to sunny FL, no worries, they’ve probably provided it. When coming to NSB, we used to book on the Oceanside. Yeah the beach was ok for evening walks and you could stare out at the ocean without really seeing anything. Here, you’re on the Indian River and you have a constant parade of mega yachts to kayaks going by, plus the joy of watching dolphins dueling it out with diving pelicans for whatever fish happen to be schooling thru. This property is a joy, convenient to everything in the area. We definitely plan on returning.

By far the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed at! Wonderfully comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The hosts were attentive and made sure every detail was just right.

The condo itself was beautiful. The furniture and kitchen made it great to relax. The panoramic view from the condo was spectacular! We enjoyed watching the dolphins play and the amazing sunsets.

This place was amazing. The view was spectacular. We saw dolphins playing in the river and even caught a glimpse of a river otter. The house was well stocked and immaculate. I cant wait to stay again soon!

Condominium was perfectly located, squeaky clean, and very nicely furnished, decorated, and equipped...particularly the kitchen. We would stay again...highly recommended.
