Hello, my dear traveler! I welcome you to my newly listed luxury two-bedroom condo.
This penthouse features ten-foot ceilings and is located on the top floor of the BEST building in West Palm Beach’s downtown.
Whether you are looking for a perfect vacation destination where you can ditch your car and walk almost anywhere or take a quick free shuttle to the beach, or if you just want a place to work from home and still be able to enjoy resort-like amenities — you'll find it here.
The Edge Condominium is a hidden gem overlooking the city and its Intracoastal Waterway. The community includes dedicated parking, front desk reception, Olympic-size swimming pool, hot tub, full gym and sauna, and more!
You will have access to all property amenities:
• Olympic-size pool
• Clubhouse (great place to work from, hardly anyone in there!)
• Conference room
• Property gym
This 1350 sq. feet apartment is just minutes away from Palm Beach, the wealthiest and most historic neighborhood in the United States. Your space is equipped with high-quality furniture, hotel-like bedding, and beautiful Hudson Valley Lightening pieces. I promise it’ll feel like home (or even better ;) ).
I have spent time, effort, and a lot of care to make sure the place isn’t just pleasing to the eye but is also comfortable and hassle-free. It’s the little things that set this property apart — the things that are so often overlooked by hosts and hotels but that add so much comfort and make a place truly feel like a home away from home:
• 10’ ceilings
• Blackout curtains
• Walk-in closets in each bedroom
• Two 65” smart TVs
• Nespresso coffee machine
• High-speed internet
• Dedicated office area
• Large dining table that sits 6
• King- and queen-size beds
• Wine, cocktail, and champagne glasses
• Laundry detergent and other cleaning essentials
• Dedicated parking space
• 12” mattresses, medium firm, with plush memory foam
• Gelled Microfiber pillows in each bedroom
• Full washer and dryer in the unit
• Plenty of storage space

All guests must be legally registered with the building prior moving in.
(1) Sign the residential Florida Lease Agreement electronically.
(2) Fill out the HOA application electronically at www.tenantev. com. This is mandatory. A soft background check is conducted to verify that guests have not been convicted of severe crimes or felonies. Your credit score will remain confidential and will not affect the application process. It is simple and takes 10-15 minutes to fill in.
If you are a non US resident, use your passport number. The only reason for an HOA application to be denied is if the applicant has been convicted of serious felonies or has committed crimes against children.
TenantEV Instructions:
(1) Go online to: www.tenantev. com
(2) Choose "Create a Tenant Evaluation account."
(3) Select "Start a new Application" and enter the following code: 8275.
(4) Watch a video or scroll towards the last few seconds.
(5) Choose "Apply to lease a property."
(6) Select "Just me."
(7) Agree and continue $150 USD Fee per person or per married couple (non-refundable).
(8) Enter the property address: 300 S Australian Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33401; Enter the Unit number 1506.
(9) Enter Owner's Information (will be provided upon booking)
(10) Continue with the steps. If you don't have car info use "N/A"
(11) Fill out the payment details, and upload a CLEAR copy of your ID(s) and a Lease application.
(12) Receive an email request to sign "Rules and Regulations". Open the link to complete signatures.
*If the system does not accept a copy of your ID, then upload it 5 times. The final time, it will be processed manually by the TenantEV representative."
*Non-refundable $250 per pet deposit (waived if ESA documentation is provided – please email it to me) payable to the 'Edge Condo' or via a special request on VRBO
