Sub-penthouse 3 bedroom apt. Fully furnished with master bedroom with king bed and full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Battery backup and hurricane resistant windows have been installed to better service our guest.

Had a great time, perfect location, clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Our host was very quick to respond when the microwave went of the fritz, had a new one there in a few hours

Exceptional property and the owner was extremely accommodating. We might of had problems checking in, however the land lady met us at the property and assisted with the access. She had basic food and coffee available when we arrived, which was extremely appreciated after a long travel day. The view from this property is awesome and it's great location from the airport and old San Juan. Some nights the noise from the street is loud. That would be the only draw back.

This condo was absolutely incredible! The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. It was beautifully furnished with everything you could need—bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area—all perfect for a beach getaway. The host, Mynra, was fantastic. Everything was there just for us: ham and cheese for sandwiches, juice, soda, water in the fridge, chips, and snacks—making everything very convenient once we arrived. The view from the 18th floor is simply unbeatable: imagine white sand, sparkling aqua water, and the stunning Isla Verde Beach right outside your balcony. One of the most gorgeous beaches you’ll see here in Puerto Rico. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our first trip to Puerto Rico, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we booked, Myrna made us feel welcome and was incredibly responsive. She answered every question promptly and provided helpful information that made our stay feel personalized and stress-free.The property was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything matched the listing, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home. It truly felt like a home away from home.What really stood out was Myrna's exceptional hospitality. She was quick to respond to every question and always made us feel like valued guests. We especially appreciated the thoughtful and generous items she provided to help us get settled in and start our vacation right away. If you’re looking for the perfect place in Puerto Rico, look no further. This rental was everything and more. Waking up to the beach right in your backyard felt like a dream, and the space itself was beautiful, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location could not have been better. Restaurants, shops, and nightlife were all within walking distance, and we always felt safe. On top of that, Mayra was incredible. Her communication was clear, responsive, and thoughtful from start to finish. Truly a magical experience. Our family would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Property was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Excellent views and location is great, beach is right outside the apartment and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Had plenty of communication with the manager “Myrna” asking for updates, advice, etc. Very friendly. Will stay here again!

Property is immaculate, Beautifully furnished, not too many things.. I'm an open space lover..The view is breath taking. The grounds are perfect & well kept..Building located primely..3 minutes from the airport.. the host is phenomenal as well..

Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Myrna's place. The place was spotless, and the location was perfect. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. With everything you need to feel at home. The beach was steps away, the pool was amazing! We definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting PR. We greatly appreciated the treats, water and beer she left for us to enjoy. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful!

The view from this apartment is so lovely! The apartment is well appointed with all the necessities. The building staff was lovely and helpful with any questions and the building is well maintained and safe. The space was perfect for my big family; 2 adults and 4 kids. The parking space is super convenient, right by the elevators. The owners were very responsive and attentive. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Isla Verde Beach Apartment

Great apartment with spectacular ocean view. Full kitchen with everything you might need for cooking and very comfortable beds.Conveniently located only a few steps from the beach. Very quick ride from the airport. Shopping and a large selection of restaurants in the area. Two large supermarkets only 10 min easy walk. Car rental right across the street, open 24-hours. Very convenient if you want to beat the crowds at El Yunque. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay

The apartment was as described. It was equipped with everything we needed including a few essentials for our first breakfast! The location was perfect and within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach is right there! The security at the condo was also pristine. The neighborhood was very safe and we were very comfortable walking around the area. You must try TOMATE! The best food in the area! A hidden Gem! We will definitely plan a return stay to Myrna's place. Communication was also quick and easy. Thanks Myrna for hosting us, we absolutley loved it!

Amazing Stay

I have absolutely not one regret. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, safe, close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Its very spacious and the bed rooms are very comfy. We really had a home away from home feeling. Everything we needed was provided. From pots and pans, dishes, towels, and even kitchen appliances. Everything was easy accessible. The pool and the beach is amazing with a spectacular view from the apartment. The host Myrna responded quickly and left great details regarding entering the property and how to access EVERYTHING! She even left us treats and bottle water. I wouldn't hesitate booking with this host again!!

The condo is beautiful. It has a gorgeous beach view. The bedrooms are spacious and has two king size beds. We were in constant communication with the owner. She informed us about events and weather. We appreciated the information. Location is excellent. The underground parking is a plus. We felt safe and secure with electronic fob access to the parking lot and to the condo. Security guards were also very helpful. I highly recommend this place.
