Whether it is Vacation or Business you will find this 3 bedroom/2 bath unit in Marbella del Caribe West to be an excellent choice, offering an enjoyable stay, with direct access to the best beach in Isla Verde. Enter into the living/dining area with the ocean front balcony, next you have the kitchen equipped with an open counter where you can continue enjoying that view, stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full on suite, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 twin size beds, second full bathroom is in the hallway by the bedrooms. Flat screen TV in living room area with Wi-Fi internet and one TV in each bedroom.
The building is centrally located offering 24 hour security, assigned under ground parking to the unit, coin laundry facility in Lobby area, in common area you have BBQ grills, gazebo, exercise bikes, playground, pool, basketball and tennis courts. It is only about 5 minutes by car from the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, accessible public transportation to the Old City and the rest of San Juan Metro area. Nearby there are 24 Hours supermarkets, one block away a 24/7 CVS Pharmacy and a 24/7 Walgreens Pharmacy right across the street on Isla Verde Avenue. In walking distance to mayor hotels such as, Intercontinental Hotel, El San Juan Hotel, The Embassy Suites, The Ritz Carlton, Marriot Courtyard - where you can enjoy fine dining, music and casinos, local restaurants offering Puerto Rican cuisine and for that quick bite, well known fast food restaurants.
You will find everything at hand to make that home away from home enjoyable and relaxing and also prefect for business travelers.

Beach view was nice. Apartment itself was clean but the building the apartment was in and the entire area the building was located in was run down and trashy. If you want to go to Old San Juan or any of the beaches for snorkeling or the Yunca rainforest you will have to have long drives/ubers. The apartment was clean but bring your own everything. No trashbags, no paper towels, 2 bowls, 3 plates, etc. I would not recommend you use the washer/dryer as it can only take a few items of clothing at a time, has about a 6 hour long cycle, and somehow things come out smelling worse when they come out than when they went in. Overall a decent apartment but really not convenient to anything and you are very much on your own to figure everything out, lots of transportation needed, and find food/drink/and supplies in a kind of run down and scary neighborhood. We would probably not choose to stay in Isla Verde again.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was just as described; clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Check-in was easy, and the host was very responsive and welcoming. Everything we needed was provided, and it made our trip to Puerto Rico even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. As others have noted, the unit is a bit dated and had a few minor hiccups, but it served as a safe and comfortable space for our family (including two girls 7yo & 10yo). The security team was exceptional—always courteous, helpful, and made our family feel very secure throughout our stay. Alma, our primary point of contact, was incredibly responsive and addressed any issues quickly and efficiently. We would absolutely consider staying in this unit again on a future trip, if available. Many thanks to the host and to the island of Puerto Rico for providing us with such a memorable and enjoyable experience!

Dream location right on the beach!

This condo was everything I hoped for and more the pictures truly don’t do it justice. Literally right on the beach walking distance from all convenience stores five minutes from the airport and five minutes from the famous La Placita. I had an incredible time and I would definitely stay here again when I come back!!!

Beautiful View

Puerto Rico beaches are gorgeous! Including the one attached to this Condo. Location is center of everything. We had young adults so I knew they would love the resteraunt/bars across the street. We knew there was expected street noise, I brought a noise maker for sleep. My kids didn’t care they said they slept well. We rented a car from the airport that is 5 min away. There are tons of car rentals locally and some of them will pick you up. Speed limits seem to be a suggestion . The pool is great. They do seem to be strict with the rules, some of the rules weren’t posted . Security is great. Cleanliness was fine. We cooked meals and the kitchen had a lot of basic needs. It was great they also had some beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. The directions to enter I thought were good. I did get a little nervous when I thought I would get directions for entering on Wednesday. Maybe that’s VRBO fault. I didn’t hear anything till Saturday my check in day. Lastly, I read the elevators are old. yea they are! We got stuck for 25 min. That was quite the experience. I would stay here again, it’s prices as expected for a 3 bedroom. The Owners were accommodating. I asked my family what they would say in their review they said great view, very secure, strict security guard at the pool (no coolers, no balls, no music). It’s not a big deal because you can have this stuff at the beach. They loved the chairs, cooler and beach towels they provided.they would stay again.

Spring break

The location is great and views are beautiful. Beds, bath, and furn clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Huge closet. It could use a deep clean like dust under beds, vents, etc before guest arrive. I would definitely stay again!

Spring 2025

The check-in process was a little confusing about where to park, but Pierre in security was amazing and got us all sorted out. The unit is on the end, so you have the benefit of the beach view and being on the street. It was surprising how loud the road noise was from nine floors up. Not terrible, but something to be aware of when you book, that you will hear loud cars and police and even people talking and laughing on the street most nights. The property does come with paper towels and dishwasher soap, and toilet paper, but not a lot of extras. There were only two garbage bags that fit the can, and I'm sure the host would have provided more had we asked, but we made do with some smaller ones.If you plan to cook in the unit, there are plenty of pots and pans, utensils, etc., but no basic cooking necessities like oils or spray, garlic powder, onion powder, really any food type items at all. There was salt left which we were able to use, but otherwise you would need to buy your own. There is a super max grocery store a three minute drive or 12 minute walk away, which was very convenient and had everything we needed. All in all, I'd highly recommend this beautiful condo on an incredible beach in a central location to most things you'll want to do

Beautiful view and great value

The view and location of this property are amazing! It is right on the beach and there are a lot of great restaurants near by. Only about 5-7 min from the airport. I think the value of property is good for what you get. We had a few small issues, but we overall enjoyed the property.

Puerto Rican Oasis

The rental is really nice and well equipped. It would have been nice, if the check-in process had been more streamlined and less confusing/stressful it would’ve been nice. The property is well maintained and extremely convenient to most things to do in SJU. I would absolutely recommend this rental and absolutely would stay again.

Awesome Condo

This condo was everything as described! Let’s talk about the pros first: Pros: Location, excellent, the condo is in a perfect location facing the ocean. There is a lot to do locally within walking distance, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, car rental you name it. The condo is super spacious and allows room for the whole family. It was nice and cool upon our arrival. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths even extra sheets. There is a small washer/dryer combo that allows for small loads. There are TV’s in every room and close to the elevator and trash room. The balcony is spacious and provides an excellent view. There is a water cooler and some old torn lawn chairs (we did not use) but we’re available non the less. They did provide beach towels, not enough but still not a problem. There is a full kitchen, utensils, pans, dishes and even dish soap available. We did not use the kitchen much either. Staff super friendly and super responsive! Loved them Cons: as previously listed by some other reviews, the place could be better cleaned. There is a lot of dust everywhere, literally counters, stove top, kitchen, entertainment units, dressers you name it. The showers are super dingy as if they were merely rinsed and not washed… that was disappointing. The instructions (although they did the best they could to provide) could be a bit better but once you’re out there it’s not as hard as it seems. Just very confusing at first to find the entrance to the parking deck and elevator.

Family trip to celebrate graduations

The property was clean, roomy and perfect size for our group of 6. Better communication regarding how to checkin would have helped reduce the amount of time it took To checkin. Apartment had views of beach and street side. In addition there was no outlet in the master bathroom and We didn’t have a dish rag or sponge to wash dishes so we had to buy some wash cloths. Overall minor inconveniences and would stay here again.

Great location and view

The condo location is great with everything you need close by. The view is fantastic. Check in could be explained a little more clear. The unit is a little dated but so are most in San Juan. The condo was large and comfortable. Keep in mind being close to everything means you are close to bars who can sometimes be loud way past 4 in the morning. We would stay again.

Fun in Isla Verde

Property is as advertised, on beach and close to local eateries and shops. The building is well maintained and a small issue with the shower was quickly taken care of. We were able to rent a car from Charlie Car rental, which is right across the street. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Beautiful Views of the Beach

Great location! Close to everything and the beach is right behind the building and easy to get to. The place was nicely kept and clean. Very spacious so it accommodated all of us nicely. The host Alma responded to us quickly and was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Wonderful location and beautiful property

You just can’t beat the Oceanview and ACCESS to the beach. The rooms were all comfortable and a beautiful kitchen. it could use some condiments like salt and pepper, and also washcloth in the bathroom, but otherwise it was lovely

Overall, my family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay; the condo checked all of our boxes for location, comfort and safety. The condo is about 10-15 minutes away from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport and is located on a major street. Finding the entrance to the building parking lot was a little challenging. Security was helpful with locating the keys for the unit and explaining where to use the key fob. Security was always present and was very helpful. A parking spot is included with the rental and is not far from the elevator. Shopping carts were available to make moving your luggage easier. The condo was very clean, the furniture was comfortable, and the location was great. The rooms were spacious and well stocked with towels and bedding. Beach chairs and toys, and games were provided. The bedrooms face a main street and can be noisy during the night so be prepared if you are a light sleeper. The balcony is a good size and faces the ocean. The condo is spacious and my family of 4 did not bump into each other at any time. The pool is a short distance away from the main entrance, was very clean, had enough chairs and a guard until the early evening. The location is excellent! Walgreens, CVS, restaurants, a casino, a clinic, fast food restaurants, souvenir shops, a supermarket, and gas stations are all within walking distance (bring your own reusable bags or be prepared to buy bags). The neighborhood did experience a power outage for about an hour.

Great place

Our stay was great! The apartment is located in the heart of isla verde with accessibility to all major highways. The AC in this place was great especially after coming in from the puertorican humidity. Little loud at night because a 24hr pizza place is across the street. However, great location and plenty of great restaurants in the area. Thank you the host. Would definitely stay here again!

Almost a perfect rental

The rental is spacious and the views amazing. Checkin was smooth and condo was well equipped. Small attention to details can make this an exceptional rental. The cleanliness was a bit lacking the doors had fingerprints and dried on splatter stains and bathroom tiles were filthy. They left 3 rolls of toilet paper for 6 guest for 5 days. The remote to the garage didn’t work so security gave us a hard time and were rude. I tried calling the first day didn’t get an Answer but didn’t pursue further as I was on vacation and on the go.

Beautiful beach views

This property has plenty of room, is clean and nicely furnished and has stunning beach views and access. We enjoyed the beach, pool and local bars and restaurants. Each room has its own TV. The other reviews noting the loud street noise (cars blasting music and revving their engines) are accurate, especially over the weekend. Bring your ear plugs and white noise apps. There are two grocery stores nearby, a couple of pharmacies and plenty of places to eat and drink. We never waited more than a few minutes for Uber. Security is tight for the property. Right now the building is undergoing some construction and it was noisy during the weekday hours. If we ever go back to San Juan we would stay here again.
