We had an amazing stay here! The view was unmatched and the condo was comfortable, offered all the amenities we needed and was close to basically everything!

Very impressed with the unit layout and the complex location. The multiple pools were amazing, and our grandkids really enjoyed the stay.

Spring Break

We were there for Spring Break, this is our 4th year and have stayed at different resorts, we loved the view and the amenities! Parking was great! It was very quiet at night; we love our sleep! We will definitely book here again!

LOVED it!

We absolutely loved everything about this condo! The condo was very nice & super clean. Plus the views were awesome! This was our 1st time having a bay view & we thoroughly enjoyed it. We saw so many dolphins from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

This condo was true to the listing and photos. Communication with the property manager was easy with quick responses, unlike our property manager last year. Will definitely be booking this condo again!

Wonderful!

The place was exactly as pictured and even more beautiful than the pictures. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for a family getaway. Everything was clean and a very quiet location with lots of amenities. Waking up to views of the beach, the bay and boats every morning was the best! A peaceful and relaxing stay. We highly recommend!

Family spring break

Fantastic property for a family to stay at. Great location for access to pools and quick access to beach via the trolley offered from the condo. The kitchen has all the essentials for any meals you will make during your stay. The only thing that bothered us was that we only had a sunrise view and no sunset view. The master bedroom could also use blackout curtains because of this.

Amazing View

This unit has the best view ever! I was thankful they had comfortable furniture on the massive balcony. We actually took a nap because there are two couches. The unit was more spacious than most. The pictures don’t it justice.

I'll keep this short.The good: Beach access was easy, and the beach itself was clean and enjoyable. The location is excellent, with most stores, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The pools and hot tubs were nice, and the poolside grill/bar had better prices than I've seen elsewhere.The bad: The unit was not properly cleaned upon arrival. We found hair in the beds, dirty floors that turned our feet black, and mildew/mold on the sink rack. I contacted the owner, who responded quickly and said she would address it with the cleaning company, but no refund or credit was offered for the cleaning fee.Elevators could be slow at times, resulting in long waits. Parking was also frustrating. We had three vehicles, and unlike most places we've stayed, there was no practical overflow parking. The designated overflow lot was about half a mile away and cost 12 per day, while other parking decks sat mostly empty.The balcony furniture was outdated, and the beach chairs and toys provided were largely unusable. Several items had visible mold/mildew, and the chairs were heavily rusted.The owner was responsive and pleasant to deal with. PCB isn't the most upscale destination, so I expected a few issues, but the cleanliness concerns and parking situation were the biggest drawbacks. Other than those items, we had no major problems during our stay.Rating:3/5 stars - Probably wouldn't stay here again. Not putting this one all on the condo itself though.

Beautiful Caribe Condo

Absolutely gorgeous! The balcony faces the East so we were protected from the wind and had beautiful sunrises. Curtains blocked out the light well though, so no problem sleeping in if you prefer that. One room is at the front with attached bathroom and the master bedroom is on the other side of the master bathroom, so great privacy between the bedrooms. Great communication with property manager, very responsive. Will absolutely stay here again!
