This was our second time staying at Sandor’s place and it was just as special. We absolutely love this cottage for its privacy and proximity to the beach. We definitely hope to stay there again!

The property's very cozy space was elegantly designed, as well as very simply and tastefully decorated. Communication with sandro was excellent. The property was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked; even the knives were sharp, showing keen attention to detail.

Great stay, the garden was a real paradise. Even though the location was a more quiet business park area, it felt like we were in our own paradise in the garden.

Really fun and easy stay. Communication between property owner was easy and helpful. Place was fully stocked and the private hot tub was a huge bonus. My wife and I stayed here on our mini-moon.

Beautiful garden bungalow

The home is beautiful, surrounded by lush beautiful plants, and the location was perfect for walking different places in SB.

The house and grounds are immaculate. Super clean and felt great. The bad part was that the house was in an active construction zone. I mean right in the middle of a years long hotel construction project directly across the street. We had to dodge heavy machinery, the street was torn up and work sometimes started at 6AM! It was unusually hot during our stay and for whatever reason the house was not comfortable temperature wise and leaving the windows open meant construction noise. Sandor was very accommodating and provided multiple fans but it was still hot. We were not informed of the construction at the time of booking it was only the day of checking in which is not cool as it was a major inconvenience. The house is close to the beach but it's much closer to the freeway, at the end of the street and the train tracks at the other end of the street. All that being said the property is priced on par with other properties that don't have the drawbacks that this one does. Nice place but maybe wait a couple years to book until the construction is complete.

Cozy home near beach

Cozy home, well landscaped yard provides privacy, and great location just a few blocks from the beach. Hot tub was nice during cool evenings.

Great for a Long Weekend

We very much enjoyed this cottage while staying for a long weekend. Walked to a concert at Santa Barbara Bowl from here (an easy walk of about 1 mile) and also had great walking access to the beach and the Funk Zone to meet some friends the next day. Beautifully decorated as well. Would gladly stay here again on a future trip!

Wonderful little hideaway!

What a great little place, close to everything but away from it all. All of the thoughtful touches from landscaping to the indoor decor make it feel like your home away from home. Super well-appointed and the bed was comfy too! Can't wait to come back and stay again. Loved everything about it! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Anniversary Weekend Away

Sean was a great host and the bungalow exceeded our expectations. It’s definitely a hidden gem and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place in Santa Barbara - everything is so close and within either walking distance or a short drive. Looking forward to our next visit.

Weekend Get-a-way

This place is a gem. Very well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Close to the beach and about a 30 min. walk to downtown Santa Barbara. The proximity to the freeway is a little noisy but did not keep us from enjoying our time.

Perfect bungalow

The bungalow was fabulous ! Fully equipped and nothing needed ! So nice to have a washer and dryer also ! The surroundings were beautiful !

A True Oasis (but on an Industrial Street)

Sandor was a fantastic host and has put a ton of effort into creating a beautiful place to stay in Santa Barbara. The surrounds of the house are lush greenery, the backyard has a great hot tub and grill, the home is perfect for a couple to spend a few days

Well equipped and cozy

Was very lucky to find this place for my boyfriend and I’s anniversary. Conveniently located, with the beach, supermarket and downtown very close. The house itself was very cozy: comfortable bed and the fireplace was awesome. The hot tub was a dream. Would definitely book again!

Awesome Jungalow

I loved this home. It was very modern, clean, and had an awesome beachy vibe. The fireplace was perfect for the colder winter weather and the jacuzzi was always hot. All the necessary amenities were provided and the hosts were very helpful and always responsive to any questions. I would plan on staying here again sometime in the future
