West Beach is the best part of Santa Barbara! This large, well-equipped studio has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Bathroom has a shower. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a small, bistro table and a large dining table and chairs in the main room. There are wood floors and a high, open-beam ceiling. The large, wraparound tile patio has comfortable outdoor furniture and great views. Beach chairs and boogie boards for playing in the sun are included. There is on site parking . Close to Amtrak and Greyhound stations and Moxi, the children’s museum. Bird life abounds in nearby Mission Creek. Resupply at Santa Cruz market, 3 blocks away and the local Farmers' Markets. Numerous restaurants, wine tastings and Downtown are within easy walking distance, or take the shuttle, 1 block away.

Location is everything

We stayed here with 2 couples. The pull out was perfectly comfortable for the two nights we stayed. The balcony was amazing and the location is just incredible. Would definitely plan on staying here again!

Anniversary Weekend

What a great location. We walked to dinner and multiples tasting rooms. The bed was big and comfortable. The patio was spacious and a get place to hang out. We had an amazing anniversary weekend. Thank you!

Wonderful location

We’ve stayed here several times and are always delighted to come back. The rental is clean, comfortable, spacious, and close to beach and town.

Great location, just right

What a sweet spot!

We loved our stay here, what a sweet base to experience SB! The apartment has a wonderful boho esthetic that blends comfort and simplicity so well. We felt like we were in our own little Wes Anderson movie, the ritual of opening all the windows for air, and the simple pleasures of bringing back breakfast to enjoy on the front porch. It's so close to Funk Zone, downtown, and the beach we just left the car.

Loved our stay

What a wonderful and large comfortable studio. So many nice extra touches....coffee for our use, cold water, comfy bed, the box fan was perfect to keep cooler at night, so many lamps/lighting! Absolutely great location....we walked to everything. Also so quiet! Our only issue was trouble getting in the lock box to get key for front door...took many tries and then I could not get it closed either. We would love to come back!

Fantastic studio

This lovely studio was perfect for our 3-night stay. It’s close to the beach, lots of restaurants, and the downtown shopping area. It was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Best location!

My daughters and I had the best trip! The location can’t be beat and the amenities are amazing. Hoping to make this an annual trip and can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect location, perfect space

This was our second stay at this adorable place. It’s cozy, has all the amenities you need, the linens smell really clean and freshly washed, everything is clean. The bed and even the pullout are super comfy. The owners are really responsive and helpful. The location of this place is perfect for walking to the funk zone and state street. This will be our “go to” when we stay in SB. I love this place and can’t wait to come back.

Family Hangout

We have two children living in California and were able to spend time with them at this location, cook some of their Midwest family favorites, send hours relaxing and playing games in the outdoor area. We will definitely be back.

I'm a native Santa Barbarian who grew up in the triplex next door. This building was built in '96, the year our daughter was born. We raised her next door for the first five years of her life. The Studio had been leased out yearly and now we've made it into a vacation rental. We enjoy using it ourselves occasionally, when we want to escape from the Portland winters or play at the beach in the summers. We're looking
forward to sharing our 2nd home with you.
