Welcome to the Twin Lions' Lodge, a warm and eclectic oasis in the heart of Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood. The Twin Lions' has been updated with tasteful owner level finishes throughout and thoughtful amenities to make your stay most enjoyable. Common areas include the living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, pantry coffee bar & the sunroom. The design includes art deco and vintage decor reminiscent of luxury hotel.
The space
The Twin Lions Lodge is a warm and eclectic mid century modern with Hollywood regency and art deco flare. There is comfortable sleeping and seating arrangements for 6 throughout. These areas include the living room aka “Parlor”, the dining room, the eat-in kitchen featuring 3 stools and attached sunroom featuring coffee seating for additional 3 people. Each bedroom has a queen bed, nightstand and dresser along with closet and luggage rack. R23000095703
◆ Ultimate Mattress & Pillow Protection
In addition to the standard sheet and pillow cases: each of the 3 queen mattresses and their respective pillows (4 per bed) have been equipped with an antimicrobial zippered temperature balancing cover that protects against dust mites, allergens, bed bugs, fluids and germs of all types. These covers, along with the sheets and pillow cases, are removed, washed and bleached in between each rental to ensure you and your guests are sleeping in the cleanest beds available.
◆ Comfort and Convenience Package
Each bedroom includes dimmable lamps, window shades, high powered 3-speed Vornado fan and fleece throw blanket to allow each guest to achieve their desired ambiance.
◆ Entertainment Package
Samsung SmartTV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu etc, Marshall Bluetooth speaker, Amazon Alexa Show, and a board game collection including Scrabble, Monopoly and Clue.
◆ Full Chef’s Kitchen
Complete dining service set-up for 6 people including plate-ware, glassware, cutlery, cooking tools, cutting boards, pots & pans, and everything else needed to prepare a gourmet meal for you and your guests. Speak with our host about arranging a private chef experience during your stay.
◆ Enhanced Safety & Security Package
This property is protected with several forms of security and security equipment. Both the front foyer and rear yard are well lit and under surveillance monitoring. The unit itself features a keyless security deadbolt, peep hole and chain lock. There is a interlinked smoke and CO detection system in the common area and every bedroom. There is also an optional alarm system that can be used.
◆ Laundry Package
In-unit full sized front-load washer and dryer, laundry detergent, bleach, fabric softener, stain remover, steam iron, and ironing board.
◆ Luggage Storage
Enjoy additional convenience of storing your luggage in a secure on-site closet before your check-in or after your check-out, making your travels at the Twin Lions easier and more enjoyable.
Pet Policy
Guests that travel with pets are required to pay a $95 pet fee (per pet) unless that pet is a registered service animal and can provide valid documentation. Note, as per Illinois law; a service animal differs from a support animal in the fact that the a service animal provides a service to the owner. If you are brining a pet you are required to alert the host and make the payment via our mobile boarding pass.
Guest access
Registered guests will access the apartment unit, shared front & rear foyer, and the shared fenced-in rear patio deck equipped with dining table, fire pit and additional outdoor seating.
*NOTE: The Midnight Leopard Lounge Speakeasy is a shared amenity room in the building that is only available for private rental for an additional daily fee. See other details below for more info on this optional upgrade.
Other things to note
Optional Speakeasy Upgrade - The building features an on-site speakeasy party room, The Midnight Leopard Lounge, which features a bluetooth sound system, smart TV, darts board, beverage fridge, ice machine & bucket, and vintage art-deco decor / barware.
◆ This room is available for use by your group for an additional room rental rental fee of $100 per hour and we collect a $500 deposit for the use of the lounge.
◆ The hours of accessibility for the lounge is from 12:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M.
◆ Total occupancy for the lounge is 10 people, anything above that amount is not allowed.
◆ The fridge will come stocked with bottled water, Sprite, orange juice, Coca Cola, soda water & tonic water.
◆ Aside from the BYOB policy we offer a full-service stocked and attended bar via a third party catering company; which will stock the lounge will beer, wine and well liquor and include a bartender for your group. The cost for the catering/bartender service is an additional $475 in addition to any food and beverage your party wishes to consume.
