This brand new home located in Wicker Park offers 7 beds, 6 baths, 2 living areas, 2 chef's kitchen and a dedicated dining area!

This property is very unique as it is two units combined into one, allowing you to take advantage of 7 Bedrooms w/ 9 Beds (5 Queens, 2 Twin XLs & 2 Twins), 6 Bathrooms, 2 living spaces and 2 full kitchens.

We are affiliated with Wave Sushi and offers eligible parties of 6 or more a free bottle of champagne/sake, just show your confirmed reservation! In addition to Wave Sushi the property is in a wonderful location close to bars, restaurants, coffee shops and public transit- the Blue Line is a 2 min walk. Hop on the blue line and come directly from O’hare airport and it is only a 10 min Uber/Lyft to the heart of downtown.

Parking: There are 2 dedicated parking spots for guests, see the pictures for more details. Should you need additional parking there is typically free street parking in the area. Alternatively you can park in the garage located 1911 N. Western Ave, Chicago IL which is less than 400 feet from the property. They charge about $15 a day.

Host was very communicative throughout the entire process. Great spot to stay with many restaurants nearby or a simple trip on the train to downtown.

It was a pleasure hosting Ben! They were friendly, respectful, and took great care of the property. Communication was easy and smooth throughout their stay, and they left everything in excellent condition. I’d be happy to host them again and would definitely recommend them to other hosts.

The place was perfectly located near great food, shopping, and a coffee shop right underneath. We stayed here for a girls trip and highly appreciated the bathroom to room ratio. Definitely recommend!

It was nice space and had lots of space. It was little light on glasses and plates for number of people it slept but we had both spaces and didn’t fill them so brought dishes back and forth as needed. Everything else was just fine.

Adam's building was the perfect space for our team offsite in Chicago. Very centrally located with the best coffee in the city downstairs! Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay for my graduation. The rooms were spacious, kitchen was equipped and stocked with basic necessities. The bathrooms were clean and appropriate stocked. The first set of stairs to the apartment are a bit steep and slender so it can be challenging for older adult traveler(s) or those with large luggage. Otherwise, it was a splendid stay. The location is amazing with access to plenty of food options next door and across the street. Also, access to blue train is perfection. Communication with Adam and his team was amazing. A response within minutes in the app. They were on top of everything. I would recommend this retreat again and again.

The Exclusive was perfect for our group of 8 friends which included couples and singles. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom so it was like a hotel (but cheaper) with our own private living area. The decor was lovely and everything seemed new. Lots of windows and light. One of the best things about the place is the fantastic coffee shop right next door.

This is an amazing property in a superb location. We were a larger group and this two -level sparkling clean, well-equipped apartment was more than enough room to spread out, with two kitchens and two living rooms. It was a relief to not have to worry about where we were going to park. And if you aren’t driving into town, it’s directly across the street from a train station. There is an excellent coffee shop right next door! Communication with owners was clear and they were extremely responsive when we had questions. Note: this property is above a ground floor business, and there are several stairs to get to the first part of the rental; then another, slightly shorter, flight to the 3rd floor. This is not a good fit for anyone with a disability that makes numerous stairs a challenge. Overall, a great place and we’d definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

We found the location amazing and convenient. We were in Chicago for a trade show at McCormick place and our travel to and from was never stressful. The amenities at the Vrbo were great. I would absolutely recommend this property for a fun enjoyable convenient stay. The property was very clean and lacked nothing.

Birthday weekend

This property was perfect for our group. Each bedroom was paired with a bathroom and both kitchens and living room spaces were clean and comfortable. Located across the street for the train, it was easy to get around town

Oasis in the city

This is a property that’s in the middle of the city but feels like your miles away. It was. Without a doubt it was one of the nicest properties I’ve ever ever stayed in.

Place was as advertised BUT; The bunk beds on upper floor bedroom are loose and need to be tightened, my grandkids could not sleep on them as they were concerned about them fallingThey had to sleep on floor both nights!Andy

We had an amazing stay here! We were here to have an early Thanksgiving dinner with family and go to a Steeler game! Although the Steelers lost, we had an amazing full turkey dinner with all of the sides and the ability to cook everything with ease because we had 2 kitchens to cook in!! Having 2 floors and enough bathrooms for each bedroom made the stay even better! Both living spaces were so comfortable and gave us the space to have family able to watch sports on one floor and movies on the other. The owners also give great recommendations for coffee and meals so you won’t be disappointed! Grocery and beverage shopping was easy! It was also easy to get around with all types of transportation! For a large group, you won’t be disappointed!!

Great stay for a big group!

We stayed for 2 nights for our annual team retreat. The location was convenient to get to by train and the parking was super easy. The house is just like it is in the pictures, one of the best VRBOs I've stayed in. Very considerate amenities like fans, hairdryers and extra blankets in each room. The apartments were so clean and comfortable! wonderful size and lots of privacy even with such a large group. Lots of little coffee shops, walgreens and food nearby. Excellent sushi restaurant (wave) right downstairs! Looking forward to staying again :)
