This CHARMING condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is located at the base of Mount Snow in the Snow Mountain Village. It is just one stop away from the main base lodge of Mount Snow on the MOOver shuttle. This condo is perfect for a family vacation or small group getaway!

Master bedroom: King bed with twin bunk beds * Bedroom 2: Twin XL over Queen bunk bed with twin trundle bed * Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with tub and shower * Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with tub and shower. Both bedrooms have closets for your use as well as Smart TVs.

This condo is set up with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a full kitchen equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Clean linens and towels provided, board games and Smart TVs with WiFi. Cozy up by the wood burning fireplace or enjoy a cup of coffee or cocktail on the patio with views of the Mount Snow slopes! Free firewood available on site.

*Please note adults are not allowed on top bunks. Therefore the condo works best with a maximum of 5 adults.

You are welcome to enjoy the community indoor pool and brand new hot tubs! Also on site are tennis and basketball courts and a private ski locker.

Perfect Spot/Perfect Accommodations

From initial communications right up until the last, Matt and April were incredibly accommodating and responsive. Unit was spotless and location right on the MOO couldn’t have been easier. A perfect spot for 2 couples or a family.

Perfect place

The condo was very clean everything was like fresh painted and nice looking the two bedrooms actually offered a lot of space so you felt like you had enough room to put all of their things. It was great that all the rooms and the common area had lots of hooks to hang coats and jackets and other things that are really necessary when skiing. That's where really comfortable. It was great with the king bed and the bunk bed in the bedroom so our kids had like a separate place to sleep and then the other family did the same in the other room.

Cozy and Convenient

We stayed over Christmas with our three kids. The location can’t be beat, and we loved the suggestions for restaurants in the area. We appreciated all of the bed options so there weren’t any fights about who gets the top bunk! The kitchen had plenty of pans for cooking but not a lot of staple ingredients, and the game cabinet is well stocked! Only notes are: Dishwasher wasn’t working so it would’ve been nice to have more disposable options so we didn’t have to do so many dishes. Also the cleaning service could probably go over the floors/trim as they were a bit dirty/dusty.

Everything was great. Only reason i didnt give a 5 for online accuracy is because the hot tub was outta service. Otherwise, wonderful

Perfect weekend at Bear Paw Lodge

Owners were super responsive, the place was beautifully renovated and clean, convenient location just steps from the shuttle which is less than 5 minutes from the mountain. Kids loved all the games and the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Great find

Very comfortable space and so convenient to the mountain. Shuttle to main lodge is just steps from the condo. Kitchen and baths equipped with everything you need. Great layout of bedrooms to accommodate families.

Super close to the Base Lodge of Mt. Snow. Description of the condo was spot on. Very clean and the hosts were very responsive.

Perfect condo

We had such a nice stay in Matt and April’s condo at Mt Snow! They were VERY responsive from the moment our request to rent was submitted all the way until after our stay when April thanked us for staying! The condo was spacious and clean and was a great location. Thank you Matt and April for your hospitality!
