The unobstructed beach view stretches around the North corner of the building, and the expansive Gulf of Mexico view will invite you to the sugary sands. 401 expresses the comfortable, light and airy true Florida style without overlooking the luxury you're seeking.
Premium Condo Units have been recently upgraded which may include the following:
New flooring, remodeled kitchens and bathrooms with brand new appliances, new 60” HD flat screen TVs in the living room with added HD channels, and new windows and doors which reduces exterior noise.

B&W management was excellent to work with and bent over backwards to make our stay truly enjoyable. The property was even more enjoyable than what the listing indicated. Beautiful condo, beautiful location, and plenty to do makes for a wonderful vacation.

Perfect location. Gorgeous view of the beach and access only steps away. Location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the “main drag” yet close enough for an easy stroll.

The condo was amazing! We brought our beach necessities (even though it said they had stuff) because everyone likes different chairs and such. The condo was STOCKED with anything and everything you could need for the beach. The communication was easy and flawless. The view was beyond amazing!! There were enough towels for the group and stocked in both bathroom closets!! There was nothing to complain about!!

Best View on the Beach!

Surfside condos offer the best view on Clearwater Beach. Particularly the large three bedroom corner units.

This location was more than we could have wished for or imagined! When we arrived, they let us check in 2 hours early. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is much bigger and better than we had pictured. So much space and privacy. The deck views of the beach were perfect. When we had a problem with the fridge leaking, someone came to check it out within 30 minutes. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys all provided for use by guests. We could not have asked anything better. We will definitely be back! We loved every minute.
