You're just a short drive from the sparkling waters of Canyon Lake, perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing. For dining, explore the nearby lakeside restaurants, offering everything from casual fare to delicious seafood (a short 5-10 minute drive). If you're in the mood for shopping or a bit of local flavor, consider a visit to the charming towns surrounding the lake, like Gruene, known for its antique shops and live music venues (approx. 20-minute drive).

**Drought conditions will affect the water levels for this property so please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels.

Any number of guests over 10 will have an extra fee. Maximum number allowed is 14 due to the septic. No events unless previously agreed with owner.

Cowboy pool included. Great for little ones or adults to cool off.

Pet friendly on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, there is a $25 pet fee per pet, per night up to $100 per pet per month). 2 pets max. No cats or ferrets allowed.

When out for a walk, please have pets on leash and pick up after them.
