The Neighborhood:
★"Wonderful home in Canyon Lake to enjoy a couple of relaxing days. This is a beautiful new home 15min away from the marina, very comfortable and with great views. We enjoyed walking in the morning to the close by trail (James Curry trail) and relaxing in the afternoon at the plunge pool. We will definitely be back next time we visit Canyon Lake.”

Located on a quiet street that backs up to a canyon with hiking trails. Also right by boat ramp 1 on the south side of the lake, which is near whitewater amphitheatre, the horseshoe, and close proximity to New Braunfels and Gruene but still convenient to wimberley and some other hill country gems. Boat ramp may be unavailable due to maintenance related concern. Feel free to check with us and our team is happy to help!

Staying with us is a hassle-free experience! Simply drive to your rental and use your unique lock code to access the home. You'll receive comprehensive check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival, and we're available around the clock!

• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.

• Age: All guests must be 18+ with the exception of children with their parents.

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please keep noise levels down to respect our neighbors.

• Guests are not permitted to tamper with any pool equipment unless specifically noted in writing and if any tampering occurs without permission they will incur a fine of $600 or more.

• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Outdoor Grill: Propane gas grill. Please clean out the grill after every use.

• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers next to the driveway.
There are 2 trash bins located in the garage for your convenience.
WE KINDLY ASK THAT IF YOU ARE AT THE HOUSE ON SUNDAY TO PUT THE TRASHES OUT BY THE CURB FOR MONDAY MORNING PICKUP!

• Pets: Please note if pets are not previously approved before check-in, a charge of $400 per pet will be charged to unauthorized pets.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge $25 per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• Smoking, of any kind, is strictly forbidden on the entire property- inside & outside, and all trash needs to be properly disposed of.

• We will email you a Rental Release Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not signed. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager Guesty.

• A Security Deposit, of $300, must be paid prior to check-in and are refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided there are no damages to the property. Security deposit & rental agreement will be sent after the booking is confirmed.

• We can host a maximum of 10 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.

• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.

• We look forward to hosting all our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, giving special attention to high-touch areas, using commercial grade anti-microbial agents, and having bed sheets and bath towels professionally laundered between each guest stay. However, no guarantee will be made that our properties are "completely sterile" or "COVID-free", just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. We understand that last-minute cancellations for guests who choose to not purchase travel insurance can be a burden, however, we are required to uphold our owners' cancellation policies in order to protect their only sources of income and keep their properties in the business. Please book responsibly and we appreciate your understanding.

• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. A NoiseAware noise monitoring device is used to monitor external decibel (DB) levels as outlined per City/County Ordinance.

• Please note that we’re using a residential refrigerator, which can take several hours to cool, especially if it’s fully stocked.

• Interaction with guests
We encourage our guests to communicate via their booking platform! We are typically very responsive on the platform and will answer quickly. If there is a time sensitive matter, guests will be provided a phone number as well after booking.

This property is beautiful. The deer were in the back yard almost every night and morning. A very peaceful place and close to a lot of fun attractions!

Great location and view

We really enjoyed a long weekend at the house. The area is fantastic and the views are wonderful. Plenty of parking. A few kitchen items were missing and the 5th sleeping area lacks some privacy. Would visit again.

Great stay!

It was a wonderful stay, plenty of room for everyone. Great location to canyon lake. Pros- large house, great location, love the mini pool in back No cons, just a few suggestions: -curtains or blinds to be added to front bunk room. More towels to be supplied for a week stay.

My family stayed at Ramble On when attending my daughters wedding in Canyon Lake The property was great, newer construction. Large house with beautiful views. Plenty of room for all of us. The communication with the owners was excellent. We had some issues with the pool but after contacting them it was quickly resolved. Unfortunately we were unable to use it as much as we wanted. IMO. The property could use more bathroom linens and towels to use by the pool . It could also use a working ice maker. We relied on ice cube trays mostly. Overall, it was nice place.
