2 bedroom/2 bath plus futon in living room, fully furnished oceanfront condo in La Playa directly on Hollywood Beach and Broadwalk. Beautifully tiled floors and direct beach and oceanfront views greet you as you step into the apartment with a private balcony overhanging the beach and newly renovated and ever-lively Broadwalk. The building provides a pool to enjoy the region's famious climate. Only steps from the pristine sand and clear blue waters of Hollywood Beach, this is a beach lover's paradise!

Hollywood Beach is located between popular Ft. Lauderdale Beach and trendy South Beach but the Hollywood Broadwalk provides plenty of activiites all within walking distance. The Broadwalk is a wonderful place to jog, rollerblade, bike ride or take a leisurely stroll right along the beach. The Broadwalk also provides casual dining, ice cream, shops and live entertainment. Only minutes away from Port Everglades and the Ft. Luaderdale Airport, it is an easily accessible location. The surrounding area also contains entertainmnent for all age groups and interests. The Hard Rock Casino, Dave & Busters, Gulfstream Park, Downtown Hollywood via trolley, golf courses, tennis, waters sports and ecotourism exemplify the diverse activities available in the area.

Perfect location

Perfect location on the broadwalk. View from the balcony on the 5th floor was awesome. At the quieter end of the broadwalk but within a short walking distance to the restaurants and entertainment. Owner was responsive and the property manger was easy to work with and was also responsive. Was an enjoyable stay for our family.

Great Condo on Hollywood Beach/Broadwalk….WHAT A VIEW

My husband and I, our teen age son and my sister stayed a week in this condo at La Playa on Hollywood Beach/Broadwalk, We had an excellent experience. The condo was clean and well equipped. All necessary kitchen items including toaster, crock pot, blender and all major appliances were available as well as all needed linens. The condo also had some beach chairs and boogie boards. We LOVE the view from the living room and master bed room…straight out to the ocean. There is a pool in the building which we used and it was never crowded. When we did run into other tenants in the building they were all friendly and helpful. The owner/manager Mindy was very good to communicate with during the booking process and even during our stay. We had a little difficulty getting on the wifi but she was quick to respond and we got it all figured out. A bonus is that a parking permit is included. It is down the street about 1/2 a block but parking is a premium in that area and to stay in a parking garage or elsewhere would have been more expensive and less convenient. As for the location to the beach and area attraction, the location is PERFECT. We took walks down the boardwalk to do some souvenir shopping and to access many good casual restaurants. About a block away is a little pavilion area with a water pad for little ones. You can get to the nature trails, kayaking, and the Dania Pier in just a few minutes in the car (or bike ride). We would love to go back to LaPlaya again.

What a view!

We absolutely loved this condo! The views are great & the fact that the condo does not share any walls with other condos makes it really private. I also really liked the way that it was equipped. I know that all of us would really like to go back there. I also really liked the owner’s quick response to a couple of issues that came up.
