The main floor includes a very open living area with vaulted ceiling. The main floor includes a foyer, 1/2 bath, living room with a three sided gas fireplace, dining room, and a fully stocked kichen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

The lower area has two bedrooms, a living room with gas stove, a full bathroom and a wall of windows.. The first bedroom has a full/single bunk bed. The second bedroom is large with a queen bed.

This house is only 5 minutes away from Breckenridge ski lift. 20-25 minutes to Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin ski resorts. You will be located close to Silverthorne Factory Outlet Stores; Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Keystone Golf courses; biking; hiking; horseback riding; white water rafting; jeep tours; Frisco Marina; Frisco tubing hill, snowmobiling; cross country skiing; and the resorts Recreation Centers.
