Lovely Mountain Villa-Close to Amenities-Walk to Fairfield Lk

Peaceful and comfortable mountain villa. Just a short walk to the lake with swimming, canoes, boating, fishing, and beach. Just 1/2 mile up the road is outdoor and indoor pools and hot tubs, playground, golf, mini golf, and winter ski slope (Sapphire Valley amenity use requires a $5 daily fee paid directly to the Community Center). Our place is minutes from great local restaurants, and shopping in nearby Cashiers and Highlands. Not to mention the numerous local waterfalls; for the adventurous at Cashiers Sliding Rock to the drive through at Bridal Veil Falls. Summer also offers a great concert series in nearby Cashiers. There is something exciting for everyone, or if you choose, just kick back and relax in the fresh mountain air.

A very comfortable, 2-story condo (living space, kitchen, balcony, kitchen, dining, and 1/2 bath at entrance level, bedrooms and baths downstairs ). Condo was clean and decorated in the mountain style popular in the area. Cell coverage is spotty throughout the area, but the wifi in the condo worked like a charm. Will definitely return.

Awesome place to stay in Sapphire!

We had a great stay! The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, and the kitchen had all the dishes and tools you need. Loved the location right near the lake. We will definitely stay again!

Great property

Great property. House has everything you need in the kitchen, furniture & beds were comfy. It was convenient to restaurants and things to do in the area. The amenities were a plus too.

Very nice place!

We enjoyed the house! It was very clean and well equipped ! It was perfect for us! The amenities near by were great! The boys (2&6) really loved the pool, the playground, and the game room!

Perfect spot

Cozy spot to relax. Morning coffee on the deck, glass of wine down by the lake! Location was easy to get to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

We had a a quick couple nights in town while visiting some family also staying near by. The price and location were perfect for what we needed. Had the unfortunate fluke of a water main break in the area but the property hosts were accommodating and communicative to let us know what was happening. Easy access into Cashiers and Highlands.

Great stay!

Look no further! We have stayed in many places near Cashiers, but this home was exceptional. Clean, easy communication with the host, and close to everything. Walking distance to Fairfield Lake, day trips to Asheville and Cherokee, it has it all.

Great Time

Wanted to stay in the Sapphire area in the winter and this was a great place for it. Owners were great to communicate with, excellent location with great amenities, including an indoor pool and jacuzzi you can use even in the winter. We will be back.

Wonderful

I used to come here and stay with my grandparents every year. The unit was amazing and had many extra perks. I had a great time remembering all the fun and all the new memories I made with my kids.

Beautiful mountainside condo for 4

Handsomely decorated split level condo with large porch. Easy entrance with very few steps. Complete kitchen. Owners very easy to communicate with. Our second time renting a villa from the owners.

Mountain Magic

Perfect for two sisters traveling to visit relatives. We sat on the balcony with light wraps and enjoyed the candle lit lanterns in the fading twilight; prepared breakfast in the well equipped kitchen; and relaxed in the living room on cozy couches. Peaceful sleep on comfy beds in our separate bedrooms.Nearby Ingles market had everything needed for our stay.

Roof under construction on the day we were leaving. Work started at 8AM and debri everywhere. Hosts should not have scheduled such work with tenants.Mattresses could be improved. But the place was lovely overall and in nice location. Easy parking and great having upstairs half bath.

Thank you for the feedback John. We were not informed of the roof replacement or would have blocked the dates. Our cleaners informed us of it when they went for the cleaning after your departure. Apparently there was a last minute building change for roof replacement. We are so sorry for the early morning inconvenience and the mess as you were leaving. We hope you give us another opportunity in the future.

Nice stay at Sapphire

Overall everything was great. Nicely decorated, fully equipped and very clean. We were looking forward to using the amenities but we were unable to use them. My only complaint would be the king mattress. It really needs to be replaced. Too soft and you sink in so deep it is hard to get out of bed
