Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable for 2 adults for a multi week stay. Would be tight for 4 adults for that long.Very quiet in the woods, great for reading and resting. Great location and very close to Cashiers.Seasonings available in the kitchen are very basic, so bring your own if you are planning to cook.Host was very quick to answer questions.

Being a novice VRBO user, our trip starting even before we left our Florida home to Cashiers with having great communication with Tyler on details about his cottage's location and details on accessing it. Upon entering the cottage we were impressed on how neat, well-furnished and clean all the rooms were (including items for our pets) and how well the cottage was equipped for my wife's and my use as well as our two "puppies". With his VRBO written instructions on every aspect of our use of his cottage as well as some additional communications answering a few questions of mine, Tyler was very responsive and gracious. Each time we needed an item, his written instructions on such items as the wifi (which was excellent), the thermostat (NEST), or the various convenience appliances and utensils in the kitchen, was more than adequate in his explanations. The cottage's location was not only convenient to Cashiers but a short distance drive to Highlands, Sapphire Valley and Brevard as well as several waterfalls including the spectacular Whitewater Falls.

We greatly enjoyed Tyler's Cashiers Cottage. Location was great, cottage was very comfortable and probably the most well-equipped of any other VRBO stays we have experienced.

The property was very clean and host Tyler was responsive for any questions. The cabin’s location was great … in fact only 5 minutes from the downtown crossroads. The cabin was very well supplied; everything you could need and then some. Overall a most enjoyable stay in a comfortable cabin.

Easy keypad entry, nice to be able to get in early. The rooms, kitchen etc was clean. Driveway was tough to drive a truck up but other than that, perfect stay!

The cottage was very cozy. Had everything anyone would ever need. Easy to get to all the waterfalls and other interesting attractions in the area. Tyler is a very responsive host. Would highly recommend this place.

cozy, clean and serene

We were in the area for work and the house was perfect for us. Great location, comfortable and clean accommodations, all the amenities you need and a lovely porch for coffee, listening to the birds and relaxing. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

We were here for a short visit, but we feel so lucky to have found this cottage. It’s small but so well appointed that we didn’t feel crowded at all. Tyler was a great host, and we enjoyed everything about our stay here.

Exactly what we werelooking for

Super clean, well appointed property with excellent communication with our host! Attention to detail like white noise machines in bedrooms and charging docks on night tables...We will definitely stay here again. Also...great central location.

Pleasant stay in Cashiers

Wonderful stay at Tyler's place in Cashiers! Very convenient to Cashiers and the fun shops and restaurants there, and convenient to hiking and fishing spots in the National Forest. House was well-cleaned and supplied. Would gladly stay there again!

Perfect location

The home owner is easy to work with and the Cashiers location is ideal. Appreciate that the home is both dog friendly and clean. Love the porch at the end of the day!
