This private fully equipped one bedroom is located within a beautifully remodeled large Spanish Villa in the main tourist area of Playa del Carmen. The location is perfectly tucked just 4 blocks from the Cozumel Ferry, the ADO bus, all the best beaches, as well as the expansive array of restaurants and clubs found at the very center of 5th Avenue!
This private apartment is arranged on two levels of the Villa. The entry is on the first floor with plenty of room for storing your travel items in an airy armoire, with a gorgeously tiled bathroom. Upstairs you will find the kitchen, living room, dining area. Gorgeous cedar doors lead out to a large private balcony with smoker bbq and sitting area. Perfect for having outdoor dining, relaxing, working or catching a Caribbean sunset and star gazing at night.

I am from Lake Chelan, Washington, where I run a business called HEAL Massage and Wellness Studio. I enjoy travelling a lot and essentially fell in love with Playa del Carmen immediately, with all of its ancient history, the Mayan culture, natural phenomenon's such as the entire Yucatan is on top of an entire cave system full of fresh water, created by the meteor that killed the dinosaurs and this is why they call it the Mayan Riviera. I have a passion for adventure and beautiful beaches, both of which Playa del Carmen have a lot of. I am a private host, so this is actually my home, a place I am in love with and care for very much, not just a rental. Its a place my family and friends visit. It is so lovely and unique I wanted to share its amazing architecture and ambiance with others, because homes like this are few and far and in between. I hope everyone enjoys Casa de la Curadora.
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
The neighborhood I live in is truly residential and very close to Playa Car, as well as the nice side of the beaches. My home is located 4 blocks from the ferry, beach and ocean and 3 blocks from 5th Avenue where all of the night clubs and famous restaurants are. I am a few blocks from the plaza where there are daily/nightly performances are, which is like the little park at the center of Playa. all just a 5 minute walk from my house. I feel very safe in my neighborhood and it has plenty of Taxis available if you need to go somewhere. The grocery stores are also 2-3 blocks away: Chedraui, Walmart and Mega are all within walking distance, easily.
