Scenic Villa at Meadow View
Experience luxury in the pines! Take in the breathtaking view overlooking the Meadow while staying close to town. Our modern cabin villa is ideal for a family looking for a peaceful trip to the mountains. King size bed, Queen size (sofa bed), large bathroom with a walk in shower, and a full size kitchen. Tons to do within walking distance including hiking, disc golf and fishing! Popular restaurants are just around the corner or order in and watch your choice of entertainment on two smart TV's.
Villa 2A (Bottom Floor)
We have a total of 12 cabin/villas available at Meadow View!
(6 buildings: Each rent out the top and bottom floors separately)
Bottom floor features a full kitchen with lots of counter space, Keurig Coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, cook top and a Convection microwave. (The Convection Microwave works as a normal microwave or an Oven!)
The Bedroom has a King Bed with a memory foam mattress and down comforter. Other sleeping options are available as well in case you have a few more guests. (Queen size sofa pull out and an air mattress stored in the closet)
You’ll find Sliding Barn doors in the (rock) wall that will extend out and give you additional privacy. (Separates the bedroom from the sitting room)
Enjoy the walk-in shower with two separate shower heads or relax in the tub!
Check-in after 4pm
The day of your arrival, we will generate a new 4 digit code for the door lock and send it to you.
Check-out before 11am
Please take out trash bags and any perishable food to the trash cans on the side of the building.
Everything else should be noted in the welcome book located on the counter.

Privately lit road and parking areas. Free for registered guests.

We very much enjoyed our mid-week stay in the ground floor end unit. The clean, modern design, both inside and out, was well done and the layout and mirrors made the unit feel larger than it is. We had a great view across the meadow although the traffic noise could be a tad overwhelming during the day. Our dog settled right in and enjoyed our close proximity to the creek trail. Booking process and in-stay support were both excellent.We’ll be back!

Had a very noisy guest above us that walked the floor late into the night. Our dog barked every time they made noise. The 2nd night was better after we talked to the young men. The road noise was deafening.Very clean and nice accommodations.

We stayed with our pet & children. Property was clean & fresh when we walked in. Would stay here again if it’s just my spouse and I, I feel like it was a little small for all of us. But overall great communication with host as well when we stayed another night last minute.

The decor was very nice. Awesome bathroom! Just a couple things to be aware of: The deck overlooks a very busy road, so there is traffic noise. Fortunately, it dies down at night. Also, if you rent a lower unit and someone is renting the unit above, you will hear people walking around. Also, be aware that there is a cook top, but no oven. Location is great. Lots of restaurants nearby and nice trails across the street. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay
Our stay here was so nice! Check in was very smooth and we had all the information needed before arrival! When we are back in town we will definitely be staying here

It was very nice and pleasant. Beautiful views just what we needed and enjoyed the atmosphere. Even went to the restaurant the house loved it.

Very private cabin. Beautiful interior design. Perfect for a weekend getaway with you and your spouse in the white mountains. Easy check in process and great views! The areas for the dog to use the restroom worked out great. Would stay again

Cozy cabins
My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is beautiful with awesome showers . Another nice touch was a TV in both the bed and living areas . Would rent here again.

Mid Week getaway
Very nice unit and perfect for 2 people. All new furnishings and nicely decorated. Great shower conveniently located.

Stylish and comfy!
We loved staying in 2A! All the comforts of home, including a spa-like bathroom! Allison was very responsive and helpful, and the place was spotless. Would have happily stayed longer. I highly recommend this luxurious experience,!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Scenic Villa at Meadow View in Show Low. The villa was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it an ideal place to relax, yet it was conveniently close to town, restaurants, and local activities. The villa’s cozy layout and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The Show Low Creek Meadow Trailhead, located directly across the road from the villa, was a wonderful bonus and a perfect spot to walk our dogs each day. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and both check-in and check-out were easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Show Low.
