Biddy's Cottage is situated in a beautiful location with privileged views of the spectacular Benbulben peak and local to the coast with a plethora of excellent walks.The property is a little 'tight' for four adults, but had a basic charm and was nevertheless excellent value.The host, Breege, was super - very attentive and helpful.We had a wonderful and relaxing stay!

The cottage was spotless and the host was very helpful. It was just a short walk to a lovely quiet coastline. The supermarket was close by and some restaurants just a short drive away. I would recommend this holiday destination gladly, it was everything I wanted. My family are from Co Sligo and I spent all my childhood holidays there.

Beautiful cottage in a peaceful location with a great view of benbulbin. Spotless inside with a care package of snacks and drinks from Breege with easy directions and house operation. Great communication from her as well. Perfectly situated away from supermarket and restaurants

Peaceful and Perfect

Delightful little cottage, tucked away with super views. Very clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Perfect base to explore the area, and hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful- thank you

Family Getaway

This was a beautiful and very comfortable house and the hosts are such a lovely friendly welcoming couple. The location was ideal to go to the nearby towns and lovely villages inbetween. Beautiful scenery and many hikes all around the area. Own transport is essential. Would highly recommend both area and hosts

Lovely stay

Host was friendly, good communication and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Good value, great location for beaches and mountains alike. Welcome pack of goodies was much appreciated after the journey. Would recommend.

Terrific

We were looking for a quiet, private and remote cottage. This was exactly it. Very picturesque, with views of Ben Bulben, farm land and the sea nearby. Lots to do and see in the area. The hosts were excellent.

Lovely cottage in a lovely area

Lovely cottage - very comfortable and very well equipped. Perfect location for seeing the many beautiful locations in Sligo and south Donegal. Breege and Bernard are perfect hosts, property was spotlessly clean on arrival along with a welcome pack - which was much appreciated. Very easy to get to cottage, quiet and rural location. Fantastic walking direct from cottage, beach nearby. Just over an hour from Knock airport and if you have time don’t forget to visit Knock Basilica.

Wonderful cottage

What a lovely place to stay! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything that we could possibly have needed was available from vegetable peeler to ironing board. There were lots of treats left for us to enjoy during our stay as well as more basic provisions. The surrounding area has lots to see and do. My children wanted to stay longer!

Had a very nice stay

Breege and Bernard were gracious hosts. They were organized and communicated effectively. Check in was trouble free. The cottage was immaculate upon our arrival. Breege left some essentials like coffee and tea which was a nice touch. It was nice to sit out by the back with a coffee in the morning. We used the cottage as a home base to explore Donegal and Sligo counties which worked out quite nicely. I would recommend this property and would return.

This cottage was ideal for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. It was in a beautiful setting. We would advise having a car to visit all the wonderful beaches and attractions nearby. Breege was the perfect host and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable.

Very nice Cottage

Wir waren sehr überrascht über den sehr sauberen Zustand des Hauses. Des weiteren über die Annehmlichkeit für die ersten Tagen Verpflegung vorzu-finden!!! (auch in Irland nicht überall). Beege war für uns immer zu erreichen und sie hatte auch eine Lösung. Obwohl wir eine umfassende Anfahrtsliste hatten, haben wir das Cottage nicht gefunden. Beede hat uns dann zum Cottage gebracht und uns alles erklärt. Überraschend wurde nach 7 Tagen die Bettwäsche gewechselt. In Ferienhäuser bisher Nicht erlebt. Toll! Nach deutschen Schulnoten: für Eigentümer und Cottage 1+ Wir haben uns dort über alle Massn wohlgbefühlt!!
