Amazing Stay !!

My group stayed here for a ski trip & the home was fantastic. The place looks even better in person. Jessica keeps the place clean & the sauna was a weekend favorite. Thank you so much for an amazing stay! Would love to stay again sometime in the future.

Nice, clean and quiet

Went with the family for quiet getaway from Brooklyn. The place is nice, clean, quiet and with ample space for family. The game room, sauna and hot tub were all a joy.

Our beautiful stay

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! It truly was a paradise! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed! The house is very kid friendly! Something for everyone to enjoy! Jess is very responsive and makes sure you have everything you need for your stay! Will definitely stay again!

Family Get Together

My wife, two children (3.5 and 1), sister and brother-in-law and their child (9), and my parents (72) stayed for 5 days in July and had a wonderful time! Jess was a wonderful host, letting us know how to manage certain things and very responsive to questions. The community facilities were fantastic! We look forward to staying here again!

Everything you need, plus more for a couples getaway

We had a free weekend and put together a last minute trip and couldn’t be happier. The house is fully equipped with everything you can possibly need and then some. The game room was a huge hit where we would take turns between playing pool, arcade games, and even just lounging in the amazing bean bag chairs while watching the MLB playoffs. If you’re an early morning riser like myself, enjoying a cup of coffee and watching the golfers & birds from the screened in porch really started my days off right. The hot tub was an awesome night time experience and we wish we could have taken home that bathtub!!

Beautiful Sanctuary for our large group

Truly a sanctuary for the long weekend!! It’s hard to find a home that accommodates so many guests and is so close to nature / our needs as a big group! We went hiking at moosic on a 5 mile hike, swam at the nearby lake and pool, saw the sunset from the golf club just a few minute walk from the house, hung out in the hot tub, had dinner on the screened in porch, the kitchen was stocked well, and I loved all the skylights. I couldn’t have asked for more from the stay. The game room was really fun and we used it a lot! The host let us know ahead of time using the game room electronics at the same time as the sauna can overload the electricity and cause the sauna to trip, so we were mindful when we used it. We really enjoyed the sauna!

Good property but limited amenities

1. As advertised, community pool in amenities, but it wasn’t available for us. 2. Sauna: we tried to use it but tripped frequently, so stopped using it. 3. No lights in the bedroom above the garage, only used table lamp 4. No place for outdoor activities. 5. Very well equipped kitchen. 6. Enough space for 20 people 7. But Bathrooms need to be shared 8. Passcode for the main entrance should be valid for sometime after checkout, we couldn’t enter in the property to double check the rooms for anything left.

As the owner of this property, I appreciate you providing this feedback. I’m so glad you appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the well-stocked kitchen. Since your visit, I’ve contracted an electrician to check the sauna and the bedroom lights and I’ve added pertinent details regarding pool access to our listing. Temporary memberships are available for any future guests who want access to the many community amenities (including pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, and lake) as long as you let me know at least 4 days in advance of check-in. Given your last minute booking, I was very disappointed that you weren’t able to use the community pool during your stay. Next time, if something isn’t up to par, please reach out to me during your trip so I can address it ASAP. I’m here any time to help you have the best stay possible.

This is probably one of the best furnished/well stocked housed that we've rented in 20 yrsKitchen: well supplied with dishes, utensils, glasses - even kiddie dishes, cups, etc. A drawer of supplies like bandaids, tampons, etc, was a nice touch. It came with starter trash bags and paper goods, dishwasher & laundry soap. The kitchen has a well stocked k cup coffee pot that also makes regular coffee, (which we brought) I did see a blender.Pots & pans were in good condition. Appliances all worked The washer and dryer were large and seemed new. There were so many towels! Beach and bath. Linens were all nice; beds were all comfy. There was at least 1 high chair, a crib & a pack n play. Lots of toys, puzzles and books for all ages. Lots of TV's as well. Here is the bathroom layout: 1 large 'half' bath in the main downstairs area; 1 large full bath in the downstairs master. Large full bath upstairs at the end of the hallway and 1 full bath accessible thru the 2nd bunk rm near the 2nd 'master'. Rooms were large & comfortable. A/C was good throughout. Each room also had a fan. Internet was reliable.Playroom was amazing. Sauna. Basketball. Pinball. Great place for the kids to hang out. All living areas comfy. Dining room large for family. Large deck, fire pit & screen room. Grill was in great condition. (new) Pool /Lake about 10 min easy drive. Allow floats. House had some boogie boards. Near restaurants, groceries etc but nice and privateI'm out of space. Great place- enjoy
