Executive home with 2000 sq ft of living space. Home includes 50’ of sugar sand beach, equipped with water at the end of the patio to wash off with and also an outdoor shower. Patio seating to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Inside there is a large living room to entertain in along with a massive kitchen with bar seating for 8. Kitchen has new granite counters, plenty of storage and comes with everything you need to make a meal. Mini bar to bring your own beverages. It also has a dining room table for 6. Two full bathroom with tubs and showers and granite sinks. Master bedroom looks out to the lake with an 8’ sliding door to walk out and enjoy. King bed is adjustable for your comfort and includes mattress warmers. They are both independent too. Second bedroom also has an adjustable king bed with independent sides. Third bedroom has two twin beds. Fourth bedroom has a twin XL bed with another trundle twin XL bed in the pull out drawer if needed. All beds are Nectar memory foam for your comfort. There is a laundry room with a new washer/dryer combo unit as well.
Three adult kayaks to ride on Lake Huron. For cool nights, enjoy a fire by the beach and relax.
Linens included, as well as towels and beach towels. We’d love for you to stay here and enjoy a little slice of paradise during the summer.
No pets, no parties, no events, no smoking.
All people that will be using the property must be registered at time of booking. There is a camera facing the driveway to monitor the number of guests. Please only have the guests up that you included in your stay. Please do not put out bonfires with sand and use lake water instead. Using sand creates more work for the cleaners to remove it for the next guests’ use.
