Great condo with nice views

My family & I enjoyed our stay at the La Mirage. The condo is decorated nicely & everything needed for our stay was provided. We loved the views, the extra large balcony & the short walk to the beach!

The room was nice, I think it was slightly overpriced as the property is just about a hotel at this point. The pools were nice and clean and the boardwalk to the beach was great. The property is showing its age both in our unit and all around as everything is rusty and the wood is either rotten or weather worn badly. Don’t get me wrong, we will likely stay here again but it could either use a lower price point or some serious work.

Loved the location and view of the. Sea from the balcony, very clean but communication with the host was none, never replied to my message with the details to check in.Master bedroom mattress was in bad condition extremely soft , zero support and as soon as you lay down you go ona hole.

Beautiful Condo

Very nice. Clean. Beds are so comfortable. Only complaint would be the maintenance guy just walking in when we were there and didn't require maintenance. Was very concerning.

Good

Water pressure in kitchen was weak. Sliding door was very hard to shut.

LaMirage Condominiums

The room was great and the gulf view much better than expected. We had a great time. Problems: elevators have no displayed inspection notification as required. Lack of maintenance and inspection was very evident. The door does not stop closing if you get caught in it. I saw it at one elevator and helped pry it open to get a person out. It happened to me in another elevator. The facility feels unsafe at night. We went to dinner and returned well after dark. The assignment parking had absolutely no lighting. Access to our room was completely dark. Hard to see where you were walking, not to mention that you could not see if someone was behind a car. Some residents had to walk 200 to 300 feet in the dark. Very disturbing.

Thank you for the review. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your room and the beautiful gulf views. I do apologize for any inconvenience. Let me assure you that all of our elevators have been inspected by the State recently. The notices are in the office at this time due to the ongoing construction and owners moving items in. We do have maintenance on site till 11 pm. There is also an after hour emergency number to reach us, which we are always available for any issues our guest may encounter. I have created a work order to check the exterior lighting.. We appreciate your review and will use it as constructive review. We are are working daily to ensure the best possible stay for our guest.

Very Nice Place with Beach close by

We loved that this unit had 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms! We loved that this owner had provided several different kinds of pillows to select from. We were so happy to find something to our liking in the closet. The beds were clean and comfortable but a bit on the softer side. We did have a bit of trouble getting into the unit. But after a call to the front desk, someone came and reset the lock. We were so glad we had maintenance numbers and front desk numbers printed off and with us!! Kitchen was well-equipped. We were glad we brought everything we needed including spices and salt and pepper, storage bags, etc. We were provided with enough dishwashing pods to do 2 loads of dishes. We really wished we would have had one more at least, We enjoyed the time on the deck a lot and liked that the beach was close. However, we really wished we would have brought bug spray because the mosquitoes were horrible down by the beach. (There was no problem on the deck with bugs.) Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. We were provided with enough soap to do 2 loads. Great unit.
