This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 6 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. My only nag is that there were no extra blankets for the beds or livingroom. Also, the master bedroom did not get nearly as cold as the rest of the condo. Loved having the close walk to the beach and the boardwalk golf cart access

The condo was very well appointed on the inside. There was a slight issue with the AC when we first arrived but it was resolved and we were very happy with the location and quality of the room itself. We plan to stay there again!

The condo was clean and spacious with a view of the ocean from both balconies. Front desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful. It was a very peaceful, relaxing stay and I would definitely choose this condo again should we return to Port Aransas.

Had a great time. Heated pool plus a hot tub made the February trip still a swim trip! Complex wasn’t huge so there wasn’t more than 3-4 other people at the pool at a time. Beach was easily accessible and well kept.

Excellent location! Everything is updated and for the most part clean. Beautiful view of the ocean, short walking distance. Need to spray for roaches, only saw a couple of live ones in the kitchen, made me not want to use kitchen. Front office said they will spray again. Maintenance never showed up to fix the drain for the tub. Need to have WiFi password posted inside the unit, or include with key in lockbox, or provide in the email. We arrived after the office was closed and did not have access to WiFi or have any signal.

Everything was awesome. Only complaint was cell phone service was very weak. Also should let people know to bring their own beach towels.

We contacted the management about shower not working in hall bath, maintenance came to check out but never returned to repair , thus we did not have only one functional shower , other than the shower very nice uni

Perfect location!

The location couldn't have been better... I wanted something with a beach view and easy access to the beach and this had both. The condo itself was so clean and comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. Can't wait to stay here again!

The location is incredible. A bit further down the beach from "downtown" Port A and quite a bit calmer. Immediate access to the beach. Having a front desk is amazing as she was able to answer any questions that arose.

Great beachfront property

We loved our stay in this condo. The views were beautiful and we loved being just steps away from the beach. The condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. We are already planning our next visit. I would highly recommend Casa Condos.

Great condo with sea view

The condo has a lot of space for everybody and has all the equipments needed. We really enjoyed the sera view and the access to the beach even if we stay during windy days.

Enjoyed our stay. Lovely location with great views of the ocean. Condo has been recently redecorated and is beautiful. Plenty of space for two adults and two teens. Main bedroom was quite a bit warmer than the rest of the unit and it was very humid inside the entire condo (even with A/C running constantly). Maybe it's due to proximity to the beach?

Even better than photos

This was the first time that a property was actually larger than it appeared in the photos. The unit is very spacious and suited out party of five very well. It has been updated and is quite lovely.

Great location with Easy Access to Beach

We loved our stay. Brought our 3 grandkids, so the 2 BR where 1 BR had 2 beds was perfect. The condo had recently been remodeled and was just like the pictures. Very clean, fresh, and roomy. Location was perfect; no streets to cross, so the kids could run over the beach whenever they wanted. Loved it!

Last Beach Getaway for 2024

The nicest place we’ve stayed near the beach and the nicest staff! We enjoyed the condo and the thoughtful interior design. The location and view felt like we had our own private beach. The main bedroom does get hot, but found drawing the drapes during the day and leaving the bedroom door open helps cool it down for the evening. We look forward to staying here again. Lovely home.

Nice Property and location

Great place with perfect location. Unit was spacious for family of 5. Only complaint was the master bedroom doesn’t get nearly as cold as the rest of the unit. It was a little humid and probably 5-10 degrees hotter in there.
