We stayed here during our grandson’s wedding. A very convenient location to the base of the ski hill. It was mostly clean, but the carpet is old and dirty. Communication was very good with the host.

Great location and views

We enjoyed our stay and the walk out patio was great. Deer every day and hummingbirds buzzing around. Condo was a decorated like a Swiss chalet and the mountain breeze kept it cool even without A/C. We had a great time.

This condo checked all the boxes for our trip to Purgatory this year. Access was easy and the host was responsive. Great location. The ski out was easy. The beds were comfy. The ski in is a challenging hill however its a short walk from the slope. Five adults made the condo feel full. While this condo is in an older complex the amenities were adequate providing everything we needed. Make sure you read the welcome email to know what items you need to bring otherwise you'll have to make a run into town.

Location cannot be beat! Huge deck that accommodated our entire group of 9. Fantastic Weber grill!! Inside, each bedroom has its own bathroom- 3 of them en-suites. Each room also has its own temperature control heater which was nice for different ideas of the perfect room temp. The kitchen is small but workable. We brought a card table and three extra chairs to elongate the kitchen table which made it so our group could eat together. Definitely recommend that! Also brought two small bean bags for more seating in the family room. The condo is stocked with games and puzzles that kept us busy on non ski days.100% would return here for another ski trip!!

Nice place!

The place was as advertised, with fairly easy ski out. Early in the season, the run to ski in wasn't open though so you had a hike back uphill to the unit. The only other negative was how small the kitchen and den were. It got a little cramped at times, but overall, very nice!

The location of this rental is great. However, it is not luxury by any stretch of the imagination. The twin beds were very uncomfortable for our 21 year old son and his friend. The family room furniture is old and dirty. We had to move the couch because a toy rolled under and it was filthy underneath. The shower mat had a hole and strings coming off the ends. The fireplace was great and stocked with lots of wood. The radiator was not clearly marked (painted white) and burned our 2 year old. The bedspread in the master was stained with coffee - and the linens were stained. This rental needs a lot of attention. We will not be staying here again even though the location is great.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and the fireplace. Comfort, including mattress firmness, is highly subjective and varies from guest to guest. The home is furnished according to the owners’ personal style and is accurately reflected in the listing photos. Regarding the radiator, this is a standard, fixed heating element common in homes of this style and is clearly visible. As with any heated surface, guests are expected to exercise caution and supervise young children accordingly. We do take cleanliness and maintenance seriously and will review the specific items you mentioned with our team. As always, we encourage guests to reach out during their stay if any concerns arise so they can be addressed promptly.

Ski Trip

Property has a nice appearance, but there were several issues with the property and were conveyed to the manager. The last day was very aggravating. We advised the property manager of an issue and the last day workers arrived to work on the roof. All we heard was loud banging and drilling. Very annoying when you're trying to relax after skiing.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we are not in control of when work might need to be done on this unit or surrounding units if emergencies or problems arise that need immediate attention. If there is work that needs to be taken care of it sometimes has to happen when guests are in house.
