Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! Your feedback is important to us. Like you said, this townhome is located conveniently next to the ski hill, but it is on the lower level of the resort where you would need to walk, drive, or shuttle up the road to the plaza since the extra amenities are all located in Purgatory Lodge. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the property, had a good time skiing, and enjoyed the game room in this property :) It was an absolute pleasure to host you. We hope you stay with Premier Vacation Rentals again for your next visit!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you were pleased with several aspects of this property, but are sorry to hear other components weren't consistent with your expectations. We agree that when you book a Durango Premier Vacation Rentals property you can expect attention to detail. Which is why we have several mechanisms in place to help ensure that guests have a positive experience while staying in our properties. We include the bed configurations in each of our listings to assist guests with their decision-making process. The listing for this unit includes the dual masters with queen beds. We encourage guests to review the listings on our website to ensure the bed configuration for a given property is exactly what you are looking for. Similarly, in both our information sheets and in the in-stay email we send to our guests, we encourage guests to contact us if they are missing supplies. We equip all of our properties with a few days’ worth of supplies; if something is missing we ask that you please let us know so we can quickly resolve the issue. That being said, thanks in part to your feedback, the owner replaced both Queen beds with Kings in March 2018.
