The house was perfect! We had everything we needed and the house was well stocked. The view of the river was beautiful. Wish we would have been able to stay longer but we were only in town for a short visit.

Very quaint property and the location was awesome, just steps away from downtown. The views from the rear deck were spectacular as we spent the evening watching the barges move up and down the river. The house is attractively decorated and equipped for comfort. I highly recommend the La Belle River House to anyone visiting the area and look forward to a return trip soon.

The house is absolutely beautiful. Love the historic features. Right on the Ohio River. Gorgeous views. The ONLY thing I was surprised by, was the office that advertises 2 twin beds, did not have beds in it when we arrived. However, we did discover that the futon chair turned into a twin bed, and then there was a roll away bed in the main closet downstairs with a VERY comfortable mattress. Which made for the 2 beds that were advertised. Would stay again!!

The house was perfect! Beautiful back deck overlooking the Ohio River,. My daughter and her family loved it- said they’d definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Host was easily reached. Property as described. Very comfy place to spend the weekend. Kids loved watching the river and the occasional boat that came by. First trip to Gallipolis and enjoyed it.

Very clean, cozy, and well kept. We had everything you need such as blankets, pillows, extra beds, kitchen accessories, etc. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Gallipolis.

Relaxing weekend stay

The property was very clean, nicely decorated and a beautiful relaxing house. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

Charming house near the town center

This was a very charming house to stay in while visiting family. Great views being right on the river. An easy walk to restaurants and coffee. Felt very much at home and would definatley stay again the next time I visit.

River view and patio were our favorite.

A lovely place just down the street from the airy park with two days of activities. We loved walking down to the river front park and checking out the weekend events. We especially enjoyed dinner on the patio overlooking the river. Well decorated and cozy space.
