First trip to H&M trails with 3 other couples. House was awesome with room to spare and the ability to store all four side x sides in the secure garage was perfect. John was super easy to work with, very accommodating and responsive. We will definitely be back. Pocahontas isn’t a metropolis but a cool little town with a DG for basics and the trail side tavern was a good hangout with decent bourbon selection and we also took the coal mine tour which was very cool. VA should invest a bit in this cool little town as it would bring in more tourism dollars.

Nice quiet town house is awesome on the inside still keeping a lot of the historic values from when it was built plenty big enough for several families the garage has more then enough room for all your toys John answered all my questions and anytime I reached out he was quick to get back to me would definitely stay again

Great location and house. We really enjoyed the old house. We rode the trails all weekend. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great property for enjoying the trail systems nearby. Plenty of room in the residence, with a full kitchen ready for you use. The use of the garage is a game changer in foul weather.

Great location and great neighborhood.

Everything was perfect. This is an old house but in great condition and well maintained. The endless hot water is fantastic for big families or groups.

Pocahontas 2023

Great place to stay. Neighbors were all freindly and gave us history of the town. Easy access to trails. Loved the vintage house. Nice big rooms for everyones privacy. Garage to park our sxs was awesome.

Great property!

We loved the size, location of the house and accessibility to the trails. If you have more than 2 trailers, parking is a challenge. The details from the host were awesome there. He was very responsive as well. We’d absolutely stay here again!!

The property was beautiful. Great location next to the trail head. The garage was more than adequate for our atvs. Air conditioning would of been a plus but plenty of fans were supplied. Overall our family enjoyed themselves.
