Luxury/Privacy, Beautiful new rustic chalet on 20 acres, Outlaw Acres is an ATV paradise getaway. Home was finished in 2021. Secluded location at end of dead-end road. Bring the trucks and trailers. several acres of room to turn around and park all the vehicles. Enjoy Fire pit, Grill & wildlife galore. UTV RENTALS AVAIL
The space
Live in luxury in this cute rustic secluded getaway paradise! Enjoy the private use of a secluded 20 acres at the end of a dead end road. Howl at the moon, Build a fire in the fire pit, take nature walks thru the many nature trails on site.

Beautiful and quiet location!

The cabin was an awesome place for my family to stay while experiencing some of the Hatfield and McCoy trails. It was off the road secluded and very quiet. We hope to be able to visit again!

The owner was VERY helpful with directions on getting into the property. The listing was detailed on what was there at the property. Pictures didn’t do it justice because it was much more nicer than what the pictures can show. The owner was prompt at answering any questions we would have before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this place to stay at. It’s a nice cozy cabin secluded from everyone. Has everything you need for your stay during anytime of the year. If you’re an atv enthusiast it’s the perfect spot to travel from.

This is probably the best spot we've found in WV.. anyone who frequenyly vacates to WV to ride the trails has probably realised it's hit or miss on places to lay your head & most of the vrbo's close to the trail heads have decieving descriptions compared to what you walk into upon arrival.. this place was the exception to the rule.. very nice, VERY clean, very comfortable and alot bigger in person than pictured.

We had a great trip! Loved having a house cat for the weekend! Josie was the sweetest cat ever! Heather and Josh up the road were great as well! We rode trails all weekend! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful clean property

This property has everything you need. It is beautiful, very clean and exactly as advertised and pictured. It even had a boot dryer which we desperately needed multiple days. The beds are SUPER comfortable and the sheets are very soft. We all slept very well.

Our stay was amazing!!

Our stay was amazing !! Josie welcomed us at the door when we arrived. She was such a pleasure to have stay with us. Our only recommendations would be to have a kitchen table and TVs in each room. The only complaint we had was the refrigerator wad dirty on the inside.

Absolutely amazing

The cabin is wonderful! The fire pit and grill make for wonderfull intertainment. Its perfect. you cant see any other houses from the cabin. We will definitely rebook.

We had a great stay it was a very nice house with great amenities except it listed a hot tub and there's no hot tub! Bummer since we look for places with hot tubs! It is what it is, still and property

Last vacation of the summer before our son started his senior year! Had a great time! IPAD provided with trail locations and directions on the fridge to all the trails definitely was a bonus! This house exceeded our expectations and the host has thought of everything from the wood cut out back for the fire pit and starter for the charcoal grill to the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower! Very clean and private! Only suggestion or what to bring are small fans for the bedrooms, way too quiet at night! would definitely stay again!

This newer rustic chalet cabin sits on top of Mount Olive at the end of a dead end road on 20 Acres! The property is close to all of the trails and Hatfield McCoy trailheads. Its safe and secluded. The neighbors are super nice and helpful. In this ultra secluded setting, you'll feel like you're the only one up there on the mountain.
