Couldn’t have asked for a better location and house. Chrissy was a great host, the beach and boardwalk was at the end of the street. Would definitely book again!

Nice AC getaway

Very nice and spacious house to accommodate lots of guests. Close walk to the beach and to the boardwalk. Plenty of on site and nearby parking. Would stay here again for sure.

Golf trip

Just a quick wknd away with HS guy group for a little golf, great dinners and casinos (what more could you ask for!?) great property and would go back in a heartbeat!

Great Beach Vacation Home

Chrissy & Dave were perfect hosts. The house is very nice and in a great location in the beach block.The hosts provided everything including sheets, bath & beach towels, as well as many additional bonus amenities. We would deinitely rent this home again!

Family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was extremely kind and generous with assistance and providing a well equipped experience. They thought of everything! A beautiful home that has plenty of space for multiple families and ages.

Cozy beach house

We had an amazing experience staying at this very quaint and cozy beach house. Close to amenities and especially the beach. It was clean; spacious, had a lot of things that made our vacation easier and less things to worry about.for ex Beach chairs, towels etc. was overall a very lovely experience. Property managers very accommodating and friendly. Would stay here again.

AC cheer competition

We needed to stay in Atlantic City for two nights for a cheerleading competition. My staff and I stayed at this gorgeous property. It was close to the venue, was so clean and safe, and the house are wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back.

Annual family trip

Every year we do a family trip sisters, brothers, parents and cousins-this was the perfect house for it. We were able to have family dinners, play games in the yard and an easy walk to the beach. What a great experience all around. Loved every minute of it!

Jersey shore

Kids wanted to go to the jersey shore. We wanted to be close the the beach and have good air conditioning and they checked the boxes. Had everything a family would need for vacation. Had all the beach gear you woul need and very short walk to the water! Ate at Hell’s Kitchen, went wale watching, did some shopping! Had a great time!Hoffstot’s

AMAZING

This house is in a perfect location and everything was BEYOND AMAZING! My staff and I were in for an event in the city and enjoyed our time in the house. Don't think to book anything other then here the quality and communication is the best we have experienced around town! We will be back soon.

DO NOT pass up on this house !!!!!

This has everything you could imagine. Rooms are spacious bathrooms are beautiful and laundry on top floor and bottom floor. This made my celebration for my family and I flawless!!! The location is perfect access to the beach steps away. This is a place you will return to !!!!

Bachelorette weekend

Twelve of us stayed comfortably in this house. It was clean and modern and close to everything, the only issue was the ice machine wasn’t working. Don’t know if we were supposed to turn it on somehow, but we had no access to ice. Everything else was fantastic. Great host!

Easy access to beach and boardwalk

This property was as the photos show and is a comfortable home. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware, which was very nice. We brought beach towels, but there were plenty of beach towels for guests to use. There were 2 washers and dryers, also very nice. The downstairs dryer wasn’t heating the day we used it, but management responded immediately. This house is on the corner of a pretty busy street, so there is some road noise, especially in the morning. The yard is fenced, though small, if you have kids. All bathrooms were nice. The whole house is updated. Third floor gets a bit warm when hot and sunny. With cloud cover, it was fine. We had an issue with the electric lock the last full day, but management responded and was able to lock and unlock it remotely for us. I’m confident it will be replaced quickly. The owners have it set up for a comfortable experience.

Very Nice AC Surprise - on beach block and next to Atlantic Ave.

This trip was with my entire family (including grand children) and SO (total of 10 of us) to attend a niece's wedding as well as see some family members for a long weekend. First the location was very good - newer homes around, steps to the boardwalk and 'free' (badgeless) beach and, if you want an easy jump-on the Pacific Avenue Jetney transportation system. Parking at the house was great - could easily accommodate 4-5 cars in the driveway. The accommodations were clean and appeared to be fairly new. The house was not just outfitted for cooking, sleeping and bathing, but the owners had excellent foresight to include toys for younger children to play, as well as beach material (15 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and beach play toys) with a wagon to help carrying these things to the beach. Most of rooms had working TV with living room including a subscription to YouTubeTV. Kitchen had every needed item to cook, clean and eat as well as initial supplies of coffee and tea. Beds were very comfortable. Showers / baths were well equipped (body soup, shampoo provided). HVAC worked very well but sometimes balancing between the floors was a challenged (2 thermostats for 3 levels). Outside of the house was well maintained and had a grill and chairs to sit out. One item is the house is right on Atlanta Avenue which can be busy and sometimes noisy traffic. The Hosts did an outstanding job communicating and included a book of property operation. Will rent again for sure.
