When you are planning to get away to snowmobile, skiing, ice skating, sliding, ATV riding, fall foliage, fishing, girls retreat, wine tours, golfing, Amish country, family getaway, you name it, we have it. We have it all. Winter or summer, you can park and ride your sleds, ATV, UTV from the yard. Be on the Tug Hill in minutes, over 500 miles of riding at your disposal. Multiple trails available. This was a quiet and peaceful retreat for our family of five to enjoy the offerings of the area. We visited friends in nearby Brantingham Lake and spent a day sightseeing around Old Forge and Inlet. It was wonderful to cool off in the pool, relax in the hot tub and grill dinners in the evening! The home was clean and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed here for the weekend in the Winter.. everything as described, except I’m pretty sure both beds in the basement were Full (one is listed as Queen) and there was some water on the floor in one bedroom.. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it looked nice and inviting!

Beautiful home

We love staying here. It is our go to vacation spot in the area. We love this place like it’s our own. Wonderful hosts and wonderful communication with the property management team. Mike and Jane are great individuals and we love love this place.

Location and amenities

We had a great time and enjoyed all the amenities of the property. We came up north to ride our side by sides on the various trails. The property connects so close to the trail and there is plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. The house is located perfectly out a long secluded driveway with a hot tub, pool, basketball court, and fireplace. We enjoyed our time and the owners were extremely responsive.

Relaxing and accommodating

Spacey, fun, and super accommodating! There was plenty of room, the pool was so fun; minutes from everything we needed! The house has everything you’ll need and more! Quiet, peaceful, like our own oasis! Everything we loved and missed about being back home!

When we arrived the house wasn’t clean. The vacuum was left out. The pool was Dirty is was green the counters were not cleaned. The garbage wasn’t taken out the dishwasher was full so we didn’t use. We cleaned for 45 Minutes so we could get in to relax after a long day. We called rhe pool guy as the paperwork said and it was sparkling clean afterwards. They sent a cleaner to us and said it was an emergency and they had to leave. Owner offered pizza for the mishap and I was way too irritated to take it so the lady said want a refund off the reservation I said yes that didn’t happen. The bedroom downstairs has no window so it shouldn’t be used as a bedroom the foosball table was disgusting and dirty. Nice house nice it was cleaned but something’s need a cleaning overhaul.

I apologize for the house not being shipshape when you arrived. The cleaning service had a medical emergency and never told us they didn't finish. You arrived at 6:10, the cleaning service arrived at 6:40, only 30 minutes later, and was turned away by you. There was no request for a refund of the reservation. We did offer you pizza or dinner on us and you never replied to my offer. I do apologize for the inconvenience. We hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable. We will insure that doesn't happen again. Thank you

Review

We were happy with the beautiful house and the location. We chose this location based on the “extras” like the pool and hot tub. So we were a little disappointed that the hot tub was not in working condition. It ended up being a colder and rainy weekend so we couldn’t enjoy the pool either (but that couldn’t be helped). Property owner was pleasant and easy to contact.

The property is beautiful but difficult to find. The address is on a different street than the entrance, luckily, a kind citizen pointed out the driveway. The driveway has no numeric markings--virtually impossible to find at night.Numerous rules imposed thst aren't in the listing in a multi-page laminated rules guide. Some of which are demeaning such as repeatedly writing 'Do Not Touch [buttons].' The oven was dirty and started to smoke when turned on to warm up pizza.A man showed up yesterday to do something on the property in the pool area without notice.Great property but the stress of complying with the host' rules was too much. We left it like we found it but wont be returning.

The home was clean and had enough room for three adults and five kids. The pool and hot tub were amazing after some long days and the air conditioning units in each room upstairs were much appreciated.
